An orthopedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of the ankles, feet, knees, and shoulders. It also uses stem cells to treat joint injuries. He has been practicing since 1993, and in 2000 he was awarded a scholarship by the European Federation of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (EFORT Traveling Fellowship) in Belgium. He has completed internships at Asaf Arofe Medical Center (Zrifin, Israel), San Antonio Orthopedic Surgery Center (San Antonio, USA), West Kendall Orthopedic Center (Miami, USA), Sabadell Hospital (Barcelona, Spain), Landeskrankenhaus Steyr (Austria). From 2006 to 2013, he lived and practiced in Spain. As a doctor of the Polish Medical Mission, he took part in rescue operations after the earthquake in Pakistan (2005) and in Indonesia (2006); for his participation in the mission in Pakistan, he was awarded the distinction "For selflessness and courage".
