Christoph Kleinschnitz is a neurologist. He studied medicine at the University of Würzburg. After defending his dissertation, he practiced for several years at the Neurological University Hospital of Würzburg, graduating as a neurologist in 2007. And already in 2009, he headed the intensive care unit for stroke patients and an outpatient clinic that treats apoplexy and diseases of the blood vessels of the brain. Moreover, since 2010, he has been the head of the Clinical Laboratory of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology. Today, he is a leading specialist in the Neurological department at the University Hospital of Essen. The doctor's scientific activity is focused on molecular imaging (magnetic resonance imaging) and on inflammation of the central nervous system.
