The worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here, as the ambulance staff said. The patient was in the emergency department for 5 hours without communication with the next of kin. No one tells the patient where the urinal is and there is no blanket for a 30-pound patient who is shaking like a puppy. Very rude and harsh staff who avoided talking to a member of the patient's family.
If you want to be treated with dignity, don't go to this hospital.
