I was looking for the best dentist. Every stage of my dental work was flawless. They explained what they were doing and what I had to feel, everything was perfect for going to the dentist and installing implants. I'm from New York, Bangkok is far from home. It was the best decision I made. Every step is a 5-star dentistry. I have the best implants, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental care.
I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and professionalism I experienced in Bangkok, Smile on Sukhumvit 5. From the first moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the beautiful smile of the secretary, who literally jumped out from behind the counter to greet me, to the world-class amenities and incredibly attentive and skillful work of Dr. Luppuavijit and her amazing assistants, I became more and more impressed. The cost was about a third of what it would cost me to return to Canada. I can't recommend Bangkok enough dental smile!

And for those who are worried about quality and sterilization, these guys are the best. Step-by-step explanations of what's going on, what it's going to be like, and they'll show you how things work along the way. During my first visit, I had an implant inserted and my prosthesis replaced because I lost it in Bangkok. The best thing that happened. Even the new prosthesis was several times better than my original one. 12 years later, I finally went to my local dentist in Australia and I needed to finish the implantation. Root canal. 2 crowns and 2 veneers. It will be very expensive. So I contacted Bangkok smiles by email. Easy and fast booking. The service there was impeccable and for a small fraction of the price. The staff is very friendly and the fresh orange juice on arrival is delicious. My wife is a dental nurse, so of course my teeth were checked when I got home and she was amazed at the quality. Honestly, feel free to come here. They are the best dentists. Apart from cleaning and examination, I wouldn't go to another dentist. Even at my wife's workplace.

If you are on vacation at the dentist, you need to keep an eye on their time frame, as they can make an appointment for every day for one hour, and this leaves you little free time for sightseeing or relaxing away from the bkk

Since we are on a long trip (+1 year), my partner and I came for a routine dental cleaning, and we were both very satisfied with the quality of the services provided. The dentist performed 4 stages of cleaning - ultrasonic descaling (something like a fancy choice of water), manual descaling, flossing and polishing. We both stay on top in dental care and have good dental genes, so we were probably easier patients. However, if you are looking for first-class dental care in Bangkok, I would recommend this clinic for brushing teeth and other dental work.
I will note that for those few unfortunate patients who have complications, it is important to keep in mind that some procedures (for example, root canals, implants, etc.) have a very high probability of complications regardless of where you seek medical help. Reading some of these reviews, it's hard to blame the clinic for some less than favorable outcomes/additional appointments/work. Do your research before you go on a medical vacation!

The worst dental experience of my life. I've been here three times and the first two were fine, just for teeth whitening. It's not a very pleasant feeling, but it's okay. The latter, however, was terrible. The dentist has absolutely no recumbent manners and clearly had no idea what he was doing. I was suffocating throughout the procedure, as he did not suck out saliva until I also sat down to tell him about it. He gave me two fillings for what I later found out was supposed to be only one. To make matters worse, the fillings were made incorrectly, and because of this, I can't close my mouth properly. Now I have to pay European prices to fix the fillings, and the clinic in Bangkok has completely ignored any responsibility for providing patients with proper care. The dentist I saw was clearly more worried about going out for a drink on a Friday night than about my filling.
Professional and excellent customer service. An even more professional dentist is Dr. Suravut. R, thoroughly cleaned and polished my teeth to a level I've never experienced before. The equipment is modern, their knowledge of oral hygiene and care is second to none. I highly recommend this place. I would never go to a dentist in London again after experiencing the care and diligence of this dentist. Thanks.
