The International Dental Center in Bangkok is the most modern clinic in Thailand. It was the first in the country to reach the international level and began to provide qualified medical care to foreigners. It is one of the few clinics in Asia that has received JCI accreditation and ISO 9001 certification. The doctors of the center provide all types of services, from general dentistry to complex cases requiring special equipment and highly qualified doctors:

There are a lot of good things in this place, the staff speaks English well, and so do all the doctors.
I've been going there for almost 6 years and, frankly, I'm happy with the result, but it's quite expensive when compared with some clinic, but it's worth it.
Therefore, I strongly recommend it for visiting.

Excellent service, dentists are friendly and explained everything in detail. They inform the prices and steps in advance to do something. They gave good advice according to my needs. It's not a fancy building with fancy staff, but it's clean and full of amenities with polite and friendly English speaking staff.
Highly professional in every sense. The respect and efficiency of the staff exceeded all my expectations. My wife and I came from the Middle East to this dentist on the recommendation of my friends, and I do not regret it. We were examined by a consultant doctor at the clinic, received our treatment plan and discussed the deadlines and cost in advance. The cost is reasonable and the place is very clean. Highly recommended
I have been living in Bangkok for ten years and have used this dentist for many years, always good enough, but not very suitable for general cleaning. I have been making appearances for the past year, and after paying 180 thousand baht, I was unexpectedly charged another 30 thousand baht for things that, as I was told, were under warranty (due to a dentist's mistake). When I told the manager about it, they refused. The dentist never mentioned these expenses in advance, and he was charged at the exit. The dentist would literally make a mistake, apologize, and then blame me for the mistake. Terrible service, and will never come back. Avoid this place at all costs, Bangkok certainly has the best dentists.
I chose BIDC treatment for complex work with a dental crown, following the recommendations of several friends. The volume and standard of consultations, equipment and medical work are very remarkable and at a level, if not better, than what I am used to in Europe. The treatment itself was as pleasant as possible, and the highly qualified medical staff took very good care during the procedure. The results exceeded my expectations in every way, and the intensive follow-up care offered is very effective. Based on all my experience so far, I will not only make BIDC my clinic for dental work, but I can also strongly recommend it to anyone who can go on a trip.
I am very disappointed today, because I notice a pattern, at each visit I am told that for each visit it is mandatory to do a 3D "panoramic" X-ray with a full bite, and the dentist justifies himself by saying that the previous 3D X-ray taken during my last visit was of poor quality and unusable (despite the fact that during the previous visit the dentist was able to see the previous 3D X-ray very clearly and indicate all the details on this previous one). I find their full-time dentist that day rather unprofessional in their refusal to treat me without a full 3D X-ray, as if they demand at every appointment that patients undergo a full panoramic scan or refuse treatment.
The dentist talked down to me like a child, insisted that it was a 3D X-ray and a complete treatment plan, otherwise she wouldn't treat me, even after I explained that I just needed the least invasive method, and asked if they had any treatment methods like in restorative dentistry (in fact, I don't have a root infection), such as a bioactive composite material that can restore or protect teeth, and not perform a complete treatment of root canals and crowns. I explained that I did not want to lose a living tooth and had not made much progress with crowns and RCTs due to the condition of my gums causing periodontal foci of infection and subsequent failure after 2-3 years, and I was tired of all these constant visits, after which I explained that I wanted a treatment plan including restorative dental procedures that takes into account the use of special composites that help protect the tooth, instead of going straight to RCT, even when contraindicated (absence of pulp infection). There is no need to even discuss and consider new scientific possibilities with the patient.
I humbly explained that as a patient, no one invests more in my own health than I do, and I have lived and suffered for more than 30 years with dozens of dentists

Do not trust the "five stars" comment, the dentist is unprofessional here!!!
I have to go back to fix what they did for me, the seal is of poor quality, as well as the scales. You can't trust the dentist here because they are careless. The price is too high compared to their quality, and even if you compare with other good dental clinics.

I thought I'd try this center after looking at all the great reviews. I wanted to meet with a periodontist to check the inflammation of the gums and maybe later do some implants on the spot. But the service provided by the administrator today was rude, and it seemed to me that we were not welcome here. I made some inquiries about the cost of a package of implants based on the BIDS website, and the administrator stated that it was wrong. The website stated that the prices cover surgery, implant and crown, but the administrator said otherwise. I understand that she is not able to clarify everything, but we can improve the quality of customer service. The last thing she said to me was something like, "Wait, wait, wait... before you leave." However, I told her to forget about it.

The staff were very kind and caring. My practitioner was very informative and went through every stage with me, ensuring that I feel comfortable in everything. I am extremely satisfied with my results, they were cleaned and polished, after which it was bleached. I am very pleased with the results! Thank you very much!
