I've had several visits since November 19 and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone is very kind and helpful, even when I had a small panic attack due to 6 routes in one day, the staff calmed me down and all the procedures went without problems. Most or all of the work they do is 70-80% cheaper than in Canada, but the quality doesn't suffer at all. By the end I will have: -cleaning-bleaching - 6 (or more) channels of the route-filling -extraction - bone graft -implant - 10 crowns - 4 veneers All of which would have been more than 60,000 years ago a home for someone without insurance (me).
On the recommendation of an American dentist, a resident of Playa del Carmen, I ventured into this clinic to urgently seek advice about the TMJ problem. My positive experience has been so successful. Dentists are more than qualified, speak English without hesitation, are part of a wider base of specialists, the equipment is modern, and everything is as clean as "at home". If you need dental care, you can visit this clinic for now.
I highly recommend Bokanova! Dr. Esteban and his team were incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding. Initially, I had a tooth fracture with a crown installed, and they found that my root canals also need work soon. They immediately registered me for additional work and I completed all the procedures by the end of my trip! They advised me on the best dental procedures for my situation and helped me make a treatment plan for the future. I couldn't be happier! Thank you very much!
After studying many dental practices, we contacted the staff at Bokanova by email when my partners filled in/the tooth crumbled, preventing him from eating and drinking. Bokanova really helped identify a potential problem and possible solutions, and prepared us for an emergency appointment. My partner was petrified by the dentist, and even though he still felt like he wanted to run for the hills, the staff here calmed him down and told him about the whole process, options and pain relief. They also allowed us to photograph the X-rays and emailed them to our dental practice in the UK so he could get more help as soon as he gets home. The place was extremely hygienic and sterile, if it was cheaper to fly, I would 100% go to this dentist to get treatment! The cost of X-rays, treatment and pain relief (at the time of writing) is $55, which is about 43 pounds! They spoke English and Spanish - Thanks for everything!
Excellent service !!! I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed and everything was great with Dr. Esteban. No pain or discomfort, 100% recovery and always available for any questions. All employees provide the best care. I highly recommend them! I highly recommend BOKANOV, Dr. Esteban, for wisdom teeth removal was simply THE BEST!
We are visiting Playa del Carmen during our 2 months of winter life and we have made an appointment at Bokanova Dentistry..... they're amazing! The current state of dentistry ... way ahead of what we have in Ontario. Mandatory and friendly staff. To my Canadian and American friends, I would not hesitate to make an appointment here!
