Patient feedback on treatment:
Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok (Thailand)

We publish only real reviews
This hospital is very competent and very luxurious, and even "bling bling" I needed to do a PCR test quickly: no problem, and it cost 127 €..
Arrived at 2.30 am, left an hour later with medicines! Very clean hospital and good and competent staff. I won't recommend them to you out of superstition, because it's a bad sign, but if misfortune happens to you in Bangkok...
The hospital is very luxurious, It is a different level of medical services. The hospitality and location give the impression that you are visiting a luxury hotel or an expensive penthouse.

Located in the center of Bangkok, next to the sky train and the motorway, it is very convenient to come here. Lots of parking lots, restaurants and well-known doctors make this place the first priority in case of illness.

Pleasant service, very clean

There is no need to talk about the level of services, the attention is excellent.

Convenient location, the most modern clean medical equipment, the price, with such quality is justified.
The doctor, nurses, administrators - they are all friendly and do a great job with what they do.
However, cashiers are a nightmare, they are rude and aggressive. And beware of hidden costs.
I am a regular patient, I don't remember how many years, but I have long wanted to complain about the call center, which is useless, because I want to know the reason why our name is missing from the hospital system when booking a doctor who is ready to receive from May 1 and get a queue for June 15. But I checked on May 26, and it turns out that the name moved to St. Louis on June 25, the staff waited, doing nothing, until Khun Konnika called back. The hospital is new and very expensive. Beware, you will lose customers.
I had a full medical checkup here on Friday (with a pre-appointment). It was a really amazing 5-star experience, and here are the positives of this hospital
- Free transportation for patients from Bangkok International Airport to the hospital or nearby hotels.
- Professional and sufficient staff are available to help you.
Amazing atmosphere, clean, decorated like a 5-star hotel!!
-It took about 4 hours to complete a full examination, including an appointment with a doctor to get the results (a written report will be received in 2 days)
-If you speak Arabic, this is the best place for you because they have translators and some employees know Arabic words.
- an open mini-buffet is included if you are undergoing a medical examination.

Here are just 2 negative points
- Prices in this hospital are high compared to other hospitals in Bangkok. But it's worth it, because you'll feel right at home!! Clean, helpful and always smiling and hospitable staff!! A well-organized place.
-More waiting time for X-rays and ultrasound is required, however, it is indicated that a full examination takes about 4-6 hours. It took 4 hours.
The hospital is like a hotel with a reception desk, very nice and looks like a shopping mall in a certain area, smooth, luxurious, excellent service.
Wow! I went to a Lasik consultation last week and, to my surprise, the screening was free, as indicated in the internal communication document that the doctor gave me. When I left, I was billed 5,800 hryvnias for services that were never performed. I only discovered this at home by making a copy for my insurance. Just got in touch via chat and they told me they had passed it on for "review"
This is the child care department. My baby was there a few days after birth. In fact, those days were very long for me. But to be honest, I say that the friendly hospital staff did a wonderful job. I am glad to use their services again.
A typical hospital in terms of customer service. They would give you a soft response in an email and a lot of hope, but everything is not true. Then when you get to the hospital, they completely ignore the contents of the email and try to push you away.
A wonderful hospital , everyone speaks English and there were no problems explaining themselves . They quickly made a fuss and sent me to the right doctor , who took me almost immediately .
I treated poisoning .
The prices are quite affordable , especially if you are insured , you are provided with all the necessary papers to reimburse the insurance money .
My wife gave birth here and it was just fantastic. From check-in to check-out, there are 10 departures of 10 in each category. The nurses (on the 9th and 11th floors) are second to none in care, and they do their best to make sure that you are all right. It is 100% recommended and will be repeated in case of repeated pregnancy.
The covid 19 test was passed here. Quite expensive, but it went smoothly. Was checked early in the morning and got the result the same evening. The service was good, it's easy to find a parking spot.
I have been traveling from Dubai to Bangkok for medical care for many years, and I really like this hospital. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have Blue Cross insurance and they billed me for the surgery. I can't wait to get back to Bangkok to see my wonderful doctors.
