Seoul National University's Bundan Hospital became the first hospital in Korea to practice Western medicine. Since the end of the 19th century, it has maintained a leading position in the country and gained international recognition. This is the first hospital located outside the United States to receive a seventh-class certificate for the HIMSS data analysis system.

I had surgery for herniated disc stenosis. Progress seems to be good.
The first day of surgery, there were complications with everything. But the seventh floor nurses were so nice, helpful, and accomodating, they really turned the whole experience around. They made what could've potentially been a stressful surgery, into a manageable one. They got me my two-person room I needed. They got my ice packs to help with my fever. Many of them knew English. They really were helpful and made my recovery time there that much quicker. So thank you to the SNUBH nurses who helped me through my operation. This could've been a very different experience without their help and generosity.
My mom went to the hospital. I cannot correctly assess the quality of treatment, but I can confirm the quality of the medical staff. They are dedicated, caring and the most effective specialists I have ever seen. I am so touched by how they treat patients and take good care of them. I am so grateful to them. Understanding that my mom is in their hands gives me peace of mind. Thank you very much.
