How it works
Patient feedback on treatment:
Fortis Clinic in Gurgaon (India)
Dr. Sushil Jain, an angel, if it wasn’t him, my entire treatment would’ve been so stressful and filled with anxiety. I took opinions of many other oncologists at different hospitals too before I decided to start my treatment with, but the anxiety level was same and I was not comfortable.
After discussing things with him, my anxiety calmed down and he made me talk to his patients; they all were really happy, satisfied and positive about the treatment they got from him, after that it took me no time to decide from where I wanted my treatment.
He is very professional and warm at the same time. He takes care of each patient like his own family and makes sure everyone is calm and stress free; he is very considerate when it comes to handling his patients.
I recall being so scared about the side effects of chemotherapy but he gave me the reassurance that everything will be okay and explained all the side effects in detail. Always found him one call away. He makes sure on his patients that they don’t suffer from any kind of discomfort and personally checks up on everyone. I also spoke to some patients before my treatment started. Each one of them was so positive about his positive, warm yet very professional attitude.
A great counsellor he is. He counselled me to be light minded and know that this too shall pass.
It was not only me but also to my family that he made feel comfortable about CANCER and personally addressed to all the queries that we had, without any hesitation.
His passion and dedication towards his work is one of the reasons why he is the best doctor. He truly is an asset to the organisation and proves his capabilities by working to his full potential, the way he works and the choices he makes are uncanny and indeed heartwarming.
Dr. Sushil Jain,
You have played a major role to get me over this bumpy off-road journey of my life and today if I stand cancer free, it’s all because of you.
Can’t thank you enough for everything.
I feel lucky to have you as my doctor and you truely are a blessing sent by God himself.
You have been vaccinated against Fortis, think twice! I want to share my experience:
1. Social distancing is not practiced, whether it is a waiting area or a billing area.
2. At least 2 or more hours to complete the process.
3. Either I was unlucky, or this is how billing works - the card machine did not work at all, neither paytime nor cash.
4. Only one person billed, despite the fact that he had two counters, and he worked at his slow pace.
Only a good part was vaccinated after 2 hours of fighting.
