Fortis Clinic in Gurgaon (India)

A terrible hospital! Not recommended! Doctors do not even consider the possibility of examining the patient first, but are transferred from one place to another… And this is at 6.30 am, when there is no rush at all. The attendant, it seems, has not yet woken up!
I was hospitalized 5 years ago for meningitis. The doctors are very nice. Even today, I go to this hospital for services. The best part is that this is a multi-specialty. There is a correct system. You need to pay the fees in the queue, and then visit the appropriate doctor. you can even make an appointment in advance.
Dr. Vikas Gupta and all the medical staff are at the highest level.
Dear team of neurosurgeons, please accept my heartfelt gratitude to all of you. I am grateful to Dr. Hemant, who saved my wife's life and brought us great happiness. I'm too grateful to Dr. Hemant, the doctor. Vivek, Dr. Sankalp and the entire team of neurosurgeons. My whole family is grateful for all of you. You are all really very, very nice and very nice. Catering, cleaning services are also very good.
A good hospital with excellent facilities
Very bad hospital and very poor service ... Please do not visit.
Fortis in Gurgaon is a good center, but it is very crowded, there are a lot of patients, there are small queues waiting for consultations or examinations. It is convenient that the hospital is located in the suburbs of Delhi, there is a regular air service with Uzbekistan. They were met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hospital, but the driver did not speak Russian. We are a little upset with the doctors at the consultations, because due to the large number of patients, the doctors did not have enough time for one patient.
The dialysis staff Mr. Sitaram, MukesHji, Dev and Kapil are with you - everything is fine.
Fortis is an excellent clinic. Modern, neat and without queues. I passed a comprehensive examination here, the results of which I received in 3 days. I recommend it!

I have chronic nephritis, the swelling was terrible. She was treated at the Fortis clinic. The swelling went away after 3 days. Medicine is really at a high level.

Great
In August 2020, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I thought everything would be over now. The most challenging part of the journey was to find a genuine doctor in a good hospital. I remember the anxiety and depression I had during my investigations and even when my chemotherapy started. Even after knowing the entire treatment, I was very scared and the word “cancer”really haunted me.
Dr. Sushil Jain, an angel, if it wasn’t him, my entire treatment would’ve been so stressful and filled with anxiety. I took opinions of many other oncologists at different hospitals too before I decided to start my treatment with, but the anxiety level was same and I was not comfortable.

After discussing things with him, my anxiety calmed down and he made me talk to his patients; they all were really happy, satisfied and positive about the treatment they got from him, after that it took me no time to decide from where I wanted my treatment.
He is very professional and warm at the same time. He takes care of each patient like his own family and makes sure everyone is calm and stress free; he is very considerate when it comes to handling his patients.
I recall being so scared about the side effects of chemotherapy but he gave me the reassurance that everything will be okay and explained all the side effects in detail. Always found him one call away. He makes sure on his patients that they don’t suffer from any kind of discomfort and personally checks up on everyone. I also spoke to some patients before my treatment started. Each one of them was so positive about his positive, warm yet very professional attitude.
A great counsellor he is. He counselled me to be light minded and know that this too shall pass.
It was not only me but also to my family that he made feel comfortable about CANCER and personally addressed to all the queries that we had, without any hesitation.
His passion and dedication towards his work is one of the reasons why he is the best doctor. He truly is an asset to the organisation and proves his capabilities by working to his full potential, the way he works and the choices he makes are uncanny and indeed heartwarming.

Dr. Sushil Jain,
You have  played a major role to get me over this bumpy off-road journey of my life and today if I stand cancer free, it’s all because of you.
Can’t thank you enough for everything.
I feel lucky to have you as my doctor and you truely are a blessing sent by God himself.
Undoubtedly, one of the best hospitals in the country. Provides excellent and targeted patient care.
Professional staff, modern facilities, outstanding doctors and world-class medical services make it the best choice for patients and their families who need high-quality medical services.
Very bad emergency service. I spent about 15 thousand dollars in an emergency, spent 6 hours and eventually returned home with the same pain. A very terrible experience. Very unprofessional and unemotional doctors.
Before you plan to get
You have been vaccinated against Fortis, think twice! I want to share my experience:
1. Social distancing is not practiced, whether it is a waiting area or a billing area.
2. At least 2 or more hours to complete the process.
3. Either I was unlucky, or this is how billing works - the card machine did not work at all, neither paytime nor cash.
4. Only one person billed, despite the fact that he had two counters, and he worked at his slow pace.

Only a good part was vaccinated after 2 hours of fighting.
The most inefficient, impolite and terrible staff in the department. Careless in the intensive care unit, the medical staff is irresponsible and does not care about the patient, even if he is in trouble. They just rob you and provide the most pathetic services. Never come here and tell me that this is the worst hospital possible in terms of management and patient care.
The worst hospital specifically for gastroenterologists and surgical nurses. They're the worst. Because of their negligence, I lost a family member. She had heart failure and was prescribed a large dose of zolpidem. She was disoriented. Then they gave her a saline solution. Due to excessive infusion of saline solution, she developed heart failure. And a few days after we spent a lot of money, we lost a family member. I really want to sue this hospital. They don't care about their lives. The height of negligence. Be prepared for the consequences. You will face its consequences very soon.
