I was here for medical examinations, everything was well organized and quickly carried out. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful, as they constantly communicated with each other and sometimes did not respond to customer requests properly. The big downside was that I had to pay for parking, even though I was a patient, not a guest.
I went to this hospital because of my wife's chest pain and met there a stupid Dr. Padmaprian Vivek, a gynecologist. Without a medical examination, she prescribed some medicine for 1 month, when I tried to describe the symptoms, she told me that there are a lot of patients waiting outside, so I can't devote more time to you. I am writing this comment after 20 days of taking her medication, there is no progress. Please avoid such doctors who prescribed medications without a medical examination. Now I have decided that I will send my wife to her hometown for treatment. Thanks

My father was hospitalized in the emergency department when he lost consciousness... they only think about money... my father got better in a few minutes, but they were scaring me, saying they needed urgent hospitalization... and they laughed behind my back... I was really afraid of doctors more than watching my father...
First, try to listen to what the patient says. If you ask about a problem, and we say something wrong, then sometimes people make mistakes, you are educated enough in a certain area to explain without laughing or joking with the patient. I'm not talking about doctors, I'm talking about the person who directs you to doctors. My problem has not been solved. What I said and what was in the report were completely different. Please listen to the patients so that they feel satisfied with the reception. I blame only those who help doctors there.

Got renal transplant here from the expert teams of Dr.MuthuKumar and Dr.Murganandam. The surgery was successful. I want to thank them for giving me a new life. There clear thoughts and experience was very helpful for me in understanding the process and steps for speedy recovery. Muthu Kumar sir was present whenever i experienced a pain or other issue at the hospital even at midnight and was constantly monitoring me 24/7. Nurse staff at deluxe ward 1 showed tremendous care where all my issues were addressed. I would recommend for any nephro related illness this team here at global are the best because they don't hide anything and be honest and make you feel that we are in safe hands.
Admitted for gastro surgery. All doctors followed the protocol. Felt safe in the hands of doctors. Discharged after 5 days. Hospital is clean. Commendable service by nursing staff. I must mention Ms.Malar and Ms.krithika as they looked after the patient as their family members. I felt almost like home environment. Billing is also moderate considering the facilities the hospital gives.
Very much pleased with the Dental treatment- RCT in the hospital. I also consulted Dr. Pavithra Tamizharasan, for Diabetes treatment who heard my problems patiently and advised me.
In Dental department Dr. Felitia, Dr. Abhinav both advised me what to be done. Root Canal Procedure was done by Dr. Radha ably assisted by Nurse Chitra. I am much satisfied with the treatment. Thanks.

Before we came to this hospital, my brother had an accident and suffered a serious head injury, was treated in another hospital, did not fully recover, and lost consciousness for 3 months. But thanks to Dr. Nigel Sims (Neurosurgeon) and Arul, Samadipe and Vincent Global Hospital's neuro team. The doctor spoke about the operation (cranioplasty), its importance and possible complications. After the operation within 1 week my brother regained consciousness, he speaks and can walk. With the help of a physiotherapist and nursing care, he was able to recover quickly. The hospital staff and nurses are very caring and treat the patient well.
My honest opinion is that without surgery, good nursing and physical therapy, my brother would not be able to recover in 1 week.

I would like to thank all the nurses at the Advanced Stroke Center for their exceptional care of me during my 5 day hospital stay here. Many thanks to the nutritionists, physiotherapists, nutrition staff, support staff, MRI technicians, NCS technicians, doctors in the intensive care unit.
Last but not least, thank you so much for being a guiding factor for the entire team of neurosurgeons and physicians. I am very grateful to all of you. Thank you!
