Ha-Emek Medical Center is the largest medical center in the north-eastern region of Israel, consisting of 25 specialized departments and having JCI accreditation.

The clinic's doctors have been successfully engaged in IVF procedures for many years and perform surgical intrauterine operations using innovative methods and technologies.
The medical center occupies a leading place in the treatment of orthopedic diseases. Here, for the first time, a unique operation was performed with the use of Bonus BioGroup technology, when bone tissue structures grown in the laboratory from its own cells are implanted, which allows avoiding rejections and side effects characteristic of conventional implants.
The cardiology department of Ha-Emek is provided with equipment for performing minimally invasive operations on the heart muscle and a number of unique equipment with the help of which electrocardio stimulators are implanted, heart valves are prosthetic and heart muscle defects are eliminated with the use of balloon dilation technology.
The medical Center actively cooperates with the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), based in Haifa, providing its premises for research and practical classes to students and staff of the medical faculty.

Despite the fact that the hospital building itself is very modest, the doctors working there are just wonderful! The staff is very polite, everyone helps each other. There is a wonderful bakery on the territory of the hospital: excellent pastries and coffee! Nobody takes extra money (unlike many other places). If you want to get into the hands of good specialists (I've been to rheumatologists), choose this clinic.
The long waiting time, the lack of reaction from the medical staff - no one takes responsibility for what is happening. The preference to get to the doctor is made based on the fact that he is familiar with the medical staff (if you do not have a connection, you will dry out!). I arrived at the orthopedic emergency department, and the wait for the doctor was more than 3 hours. Just awful!
We gave birth to our son at a very convenient time at the Emek Medical Center in Afula, this time in a new maternity ward, in a more comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Midwives are wonderful, as are nurses after childbirth. Two years ago, at the birth of our daughter, the ward was still under construction, and we were in the old ward, so it was unpleasant. There is nothing to compare it with. They have something to modernize the nursery in terms of maintenance to make it easier for mothers. May there be only joy for everyone in the expansion of the mind!
