The care of the consultant is incredible - can 't be blamed - however ... Overdue excess fee of £130 (hardly a king's ransom!) It was addressed to my son (needless to say - not to the one who paid the bill!) - so I didn't get any reminders... then the receptionist has the courage to call me at work to chase the money!!! The aversion to customer service was shown to me this afternoon! Literally disgusting! A disgrace like Mr. Woods was so fantastic that it's always an administrator with a superiority complex that spoils the ENTIRE customer experience. So, the cross. If you want me to issue an invoice, address the emails correctly and maybe be polite when you call!!
This place is beyond jokes. Before my surgery, I was told that I had to pay an advance in order to be reimbursed later by my insurer. I did as I was told. But still provided my insurance details on all my forms when all my appointments came. However, I was registered as a "self-payer". For the last month I have been trying to figure this out in order to get my money back. I finally got my insurer to pay the HCA, and now they say they can't find the payment. This is despite the fact that I am sending an invoice and receiving money. Now... they have my money and my insurers' money. Obviously they have my money. They have proof of this in two documents, and I have another document confirming that they were paid. All I keep getting is "we'll check this Friday and see if it gets on the bill." The payment was sent on 29.08.2009. I am a graduate student of the last year of study. I don't have much money. The money I used was a loan. I think it's disgusting what you've done.
I tried to pay my bill, system confirmation, but did not withdraw my card. It took three weeks to respond to any letter. I asked them to call at 13:30. They don't I then call their cashier, which is terrible. Three different cards (with money to cover) failed six times. They accused me, called my bank, the process did not take place. I called them back, continued to fail! It finally worked for the seventh time. Mmm, your account needs an overhaul! Your support team requires action! Shame it doesn't support hospital maintenance
The healthcare is excellent, but unfortunately the administration behind it is terrible. Seven months after the insured treatment, the hospital decided to contact us quite unexpectedly, demanding £950 to our account. Despite 3 months of attempts, they were unable to provide a copy to either us or our insurers, and as soon as this was eventually done and our insurers told us not to contact us during the bill evaluation, we received a letter threatening harassment. a lawsuit ..... all this at a time when our 18-year-old son was going through a period of severe stress. Absolutely shameful treatment that lets down an excellent team of doctors
I can't be grateful enough for all the care, patience and professional approach I've received here. Unfortunately, I had to undergo a neurosurgical operation, but I am glad that it was done in this hospital. Please do not believe the meaningless rating, as it does not reflect reality at all.
If you need really high-quality medical care with highly qualified doctors and medical staff, this is the right place. From nurses to catering staff, cleaners- everyone deserves recognition. The facilities here are like a 5* hotel.
I would like to say a huge thank you for your service and for saving the spine.
I can only recommend this hospital. Maintain excellent performance and standards.
What I really liked about my experience with the Harley Street clinic was the lack of hard sales, very honest, and they met my expectations very well. the atmosphere at the clinic is very friendly, clean and professional, which is a welcome relief compared to some of the other clinics I contacted who were very insistent to order my treatment.

Best wishes to the Team and Thank you!
Recently I was here in neurosurgery. I can't praise all the work highly enough. From my neurosurgical team, anesthesiologists, doctors, nurses, attendants, cleaners and reception staff (forgive me if I missed someone).

From the moment of my arrival until the day of departure, I was treated with respect, dignity and showed the most wonderful care. The food was of restaurant quality, and everyone was, most importantly, cheerful and happy. It is obvious to patients that the Harley Street Clinic is a convenient and fun place to work.

Thanks. Anyone reading this and wondering where to go for treatment, I would not hesitate to suggest contacting the clinic on Harley Street.
Doctors, doctors and nurses are wonderful people. However, when sharing services, problems arise when different doctors say different things, contradict the doctor from the previous shift and do not necessarily know your medical history correctly. You may be left for a long time without the nurses checking how you feel. On busy days, it may take 20-30 minutes for a nurse to answer your push call. There are no facilities here to order cold or hot drinks, and they are never offered to you, so I have to send visitors to the shops. As a rule, catering is terrible, slow, bad food, and sometimes you are not even asked what you want for lunch and dinner.
I came to this clinic very excited and confident, so I wanted to spend as much as I needed to cure my light acne scars!

When I arrived at the clinic, I had very few spots on my forehead and clear skin on the lower part of my face and chest. The doctor prescribed me products such as antibiotics, ptd and glycolic peeling.

Nurses are very inefficient!!! Except for one girl who impressed me. I can't remember her name exactly, but she was new, looks like a Chinese woman, and she's about 35 years old. She was very friendly, efficient and did an amazing job in terms of padding and glycolic peeling.

As for the treatment in general.
Ptd was good, glycolic is fine and helped my skin a little, readability almost disappeared.
However, when I stopped taking the antibiotics they prescribed, my skin was all covered with spots, including my breasts, I looked so tired that I wanted to cry. I've never had such pimples on my face before! Terrible!!!
Therefore, this suggests that antibiotics acted quickly and cleared the pimples, and not their treatment!!! So they stopped it exactly a week before the end of the antibiotic treatment to try to convince me to move on to the next, more expensive stage of "lying".

Easy to understand! Therefore, this was my last treatment at the clinic! When I talked to them about it, they ignored the problem (shocking) instead of helping me because I paid so much money, they, oddly enough, only tried to convince me to buy another treatment.
Such a disappointment! They DON'T CARE about the buyer at ALL, except for the money!!

In conclusion, now everything is clear to me thanks to my attending physician, whom I am very grateful for the efforts and money spent!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THE HARLEY STREET CLINIC. THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, BUT ABOUT MONEY!
The care I received at HSC during the treatment of one of the milder forms of breast cancer was absolutely excellent. My surgeon, Professor Bedlam, was an outstanding specialist in both the brilliant surgical results achieved and the excellent level of care before and after surgery. He was a deeply reassuring presence during my treatment and care, always willing to take the time to explain things and answer any of my questions or concerns. Specialist nurses are encouraging, kind, caring, knowledgeable and very competent. The nurses of the surgical department were wonderful - extremely kind, efficient, responded quickly if I needed something, and took maximum care of me during my operations. The radiation therapy staff was also helpful and kind. I felt like I couldn't have had a better experience.
An absolutely outstanding experience after my fourth heart ablation with AF on Wednesday (my first at the Harley Street Clinic). Dr. Oli Segal, Dr. Martin Lees and the entire catheterization lab team, including the hospital staff, were outstanding. I am sincerely grateful to you all for making this very intimidating spaceship, as an experience, become calm and reassuring! Based on the experience of other private catheter laboratories, I must say that this is by far the best clinic for this procedure!

The care I received at HSC during the treatment of one of the mild forms of breast cancer was absolutely excellent. My surgeon, Professor Bale there, was outstanding both for the brilliant surgical result and for the excellent level of medical care before and after the operation. He was a very encouraging presence despite my treatment and subsequent treatment, always ready to take the time to explain and solve any questions or problems I had. The nurses are encouraging, kind, caring, knowledgeable and very competent. The nurses from the surgery department were great - extremely kind, efficient, responsive if I needed something, and took care of me during my operations. The radiotherapy staff were all helpful and kind too. I felt I couldn't have had a better experience.

Thank you, Mr. Petru, and thank God for the coronary artery bypass surgery. Today is a great day, and every day I'm getting better and better.

I am sincerely grateful to the staff who took care of me so carefully and diligently. I am so grateful for the wonderful delicious dishes.
I am very sorry that I was sick and an evil spirit. I am sincerely grateful to the staff at the theater and the recovery who carried me through the dark days.
Mr. Petrovu, in the theater I woke up from your kind voice, which said, pour it completely. I fell asleep, assured that I was in safe hands. I came home, I'm doing great. May God bless you and your team with an open door to great success..
Excellent staff, a real group of real, caring professionals who are in no hurry to explain things and can help me with questions that other specialists cannot.
The worst organized private hospital I've ever been to.
