The receptionist says one thing, and then something completely different is done. You come to Impulse, they send you. Horror, there are just no words.
Why do you sign people up for a while and have to sit in a live queue???

I made an appointment today at 14:00 to the oculist in the 33rd office

I came to the office in 5 minutes

But they accept latecomers registered at 12:30

Already at 14:30 the doctor comes out and picks up his friend without waiting in line!!!

Do you have no desire to put things in order about this???

The family of Nadezhda Petrovna Ilchenko thanks the medical center "Impulse" in the person of the director of Golub Natalia Vyacheslavovna for organizing medical care for patients with multiple disabilities at home. In our covid time, it can be difficult to get advice from even one specialist, not to mention a whole team of doctors. Now, thanks to such a field service, many families, finding themselves one-on-one with trouble, will be able to receive this invaluable help.
We would like to express our low bow and words of deep gratitude to doctors Panchenko Vasily Pavlovich, Plastun Sergey Grigoryevich, nurses Karapyshova Galina and Voitseshchuk Oksana. These are real professionals.
I was also deeply touched by the attitude of doctors to a sick person, showing respect for human weakness and pain. The support and recommendations given by doctors are very valuable for us, but just human participation; the heartfelt kindness of these people gave us strength and confidence that even life at the end of life, for our mother, can be made humanly worthy and without pain.

A dermatologist with a fume (celebrated on September 8) ran away from her place of work before the set time. She was rude and spat on the visitors who paid and were waiting for the reception.

December 2020
The gynecologist does a colonoscopy brutally, without anesthesia. Complained carefully to the management. Today, my wife said that she was informed by a doctor "with such an attitude" doctors will not treat her normally. After all, my wife asked me not to call the management for her questions anymore! That is, you can't complain or ask about something, because there will be a different attitude! What kind of talk is this?

The surgeon after prescribing a medicine that did not help in 6 days (as he said). They came to show themselves. He says: it will heal in a month, why do you come here!..

You are a private clinic providing paid services. Do something with your own, maybe competent (I'm not a medic), but boorish staff. Invite a trainer who will teach them how to communicate with clients, not with cattle.

PS There are not so many clinics in this city. You take advantage of your uniqueness, in a way.
If, God forbid, someone from my family still wants to go to your clinic and I find out that one of your doctors is either offended, or refuses admission, or is rude, you will go to court and become famous in the social network.networks.

Take care of your customers and take care of the reputation of the institution.
