Patient feedback on treatment:
The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland (USA)

I could say a lot about this hospital. This hospital is excellent, and it is not surprising that they are leading in the field of transplantation! Their standards of quality of care, safety and respect cannot remain without mention!! As a recent inpatient, I must emphasize their sincere efforts to cheer you up with every meeting. I have never experienced anything like this in all the years of my illness, when I was admitted to various hospitals in the hope that I would receive a transplant. They are amazing in all respects. Hospital managers really understand what it means to be a progressive, inspiring, intellectual and inclusive environment. Especially in patient care departments. And, in particular, this applies to transplant teams, gastrointestinal tract and surgical teams. They seemed to embrace diversity, work as a team, are compassionate, and create a wonderful healing and positive environment.
I never thought that I could be cured of herpes forever, but Dr. Ihionhanu cured me with his herbal medicines.
When I first saw the evidence of how Dr. Ihionhan uses herbal medicine to treat herpes and other diseases, I was surprised, because the doctors here told us that there is no cure for herpes, and many of us here believe this.
We were advised to contact Dr. Ihionhan if we had any health problems, and also mentioned that he accepts video calls.
So I decided to try to order herbal treatment, and after I took herbal medicine, I went for testing, a few days ago I got a call from the clinic to come for the test result, to my surprise, the result was negative. I mean, right now I have negative herpes.
Let me start by saying that the staff here is wonderful.
My wife gave birth to our first child in this hospital. From the moment we entered the building, we were greeted by friendly staff who conducted registration, and were such throughout the entire period of birth and even our three-day stay. The staff made this experience so worthwhile because this is our first child. All the employees were amazing, but one employee especially stood out, her name is Sarah, she did everything possible for us. We really appreciate how well she took care of us and the baby. Thank you very much!!!
The medical team is the best, from doctors and nurses to catering staff and maintenance staff - they are all excellent!
I have been to this hospital twice, in 2001 I had my first open heart operation, I received excellent care and attention. Here, after 18 years, I had to come back again, the same attention. I thank the doctor, the entire medical team of the surgery for the excellent service.
The last two nurses I had were sloppy. They were several hours late, giving me painkillers after the operation. I had to get out of bed to call for help. And when I did, they told me they would be right there. I just lay there crying and in pain, wishing the other nurses would. Then the head nurse called me "evil". People can be unpleasant when you constantly neglect them and their needs and leave them to suffer for hours on end. If there is a shortage of nurses or some other problem, explain it to the patients. Don't ignore them and then point the finger at them for complaining about being neglected. I never shouted, raised my voice, swore or called anyone names, but I became rude. by the way, tell your nurses that if they are going to say nasty things about patients, make sure that patients do not look for them in the corridors and do not hear their conversations. It just confirms that they don't care, and they are trying to justify their neglect.

Great
This hospital saved my dad's life. He was treated for myasthenia gravis in another hospital, which clearly did not know how to treat this condition. After improper treatment, it turned into a myasthenia gravis crisis. In the end, he was transported by helicopter to John Hopkins. The quick actions of the hospital saved his life. My dad has visited many hospitals over the years and said that this is the best of them. We couldn't be there due to the restrictions associated with covid-19, but they communicated perfectly (much better than in the previous hospital) and even helped us organize regular large-scale meetings while he was there.
Now I would like to focus on the treatment provided by Dr. Arjun Seth, a neurologist at Johns Hopkins. I just want to be delighted with the care and kindness that this doctor showed to my father. I have been working as a nurse for 10 years and work with many doctors. I have never seen a doctor who cares so much about his patients. He takes the time to listen to concerns and report himself if there are further concerns. He's doing his best.
Although I expect to receive excellent care from one of the best hospitals in the country, I am consistently satisfied with the level of customer service. The staff tries their best to be helpful and will work with patients to make sure that their appointments are scheduled and their needs are met. I couldn't be happier with the care I get at Hopkins.
The best hospital in Maryland. The nurses and doctors are the best on the east coast. I would like to know the name of a young lady who volunteers in the adult emergency department with books and drinks. She was so kind and helpful during our wait, and she really loves her job and helps people. I just want the volunteer to know that it matters !!
I live out of state, and yet I decided to come to Johns Hopkins in the neurosurgical team of Dr. Michael Lim to have an operation. The best decision I've ever made. All the nurses in the intensive care unit treated me with such care and honesty to compassion. I have nothing to say but positive words about Dr. Lim and all the employees of Johns Hopkins. I have never experienced this level of care anywhere before... The neurological department of the hospital is the best of the best, and I thank everyone for making my stay and operation as comfortable as possible, as well as for the level of care provided to me. I was never left behind, and there was always someone on hand, no matter what I needed. If I ever have another operation, I will come to Johns Hopkins. If someone needs neurosurgery, this is the place where you need to be! Thank you, Johns Hopkins!
I had spinal surgery in November and I can't say enough about the staff. I read some of the published reviews and had some reservations, especially because I would be alone due to visitor restrictions, but any reservations quickly disappeared. The nurses and nurses were attentive and ready to help. When I was discharged, my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, but I didn't have the money to pay for them. The nurse took me to a meeting with my husband at the main entrance, and then took me back for medicine. She was so sweet and I appreciated the smile on her face. She was so kind and caring that I couldn't have been in better hands. Thanks to the angels who helped me while I was there. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Stay safe and stay healthy.
A good hospital, I gave birth to my last child there, and they are a love that they take very good care of, very kind, and there I pick up my babies from emergencies, and everything is very fast and well served. Thanks for everything
The best staff in the world.
This is the first time we are dealing with JHH. Doctors and nurses are so kind and AMAZING! They helped our family a lot during a difficult time. Thanks! You all did your best!
Doctors and nurses need so much time to see a patient in the emergency department. This is worse !!! We have been in the emergency department for more than 8 hours and no process is taking place. This place isn't even full. There are not as many people here as in other hospitals.
