Dr. Shreyash Ghajar Dr. Kashiw Dr. Ravi Khosa are great. my mother was on the verge of going to bed, these miracle doctors they called did two urgent surgeries for my mother back to back (she couldn't walk or eat until the previous day), and the next day she was independent, walking and the next day she flew home happy, healthy and contented. the billing procedure was carried out in such a way that we were not burdened at all... the hospital cooperated (without even mentioning it) and asked the insurer to pay. they do not charge or do procedures if it is not necessary, and pamper to another level. This is the best place you can think of

I was going to rate this hospital 5 stars, but dear management, please review the series of complaints you guys are getting. This really reflects serious problems with your staff, doctors and people with the entire administration. Please correct yourself before declaring you're at your best
I made an appointment 5 days in advance because I had to drive 500 km. When I got to the hospital, I was the only patient for the doctor. And yet she was 30 minutes late. She didn't touch me, didn't ask for my symptoms, did a laryngoscopy without any interest. When I had a gag reflex - said that way, I can't do it!!! finally said you needed surgery. I went to another doctor for a second opinion, and I had a completely different experience. During one day I took 4 reviews and... only a doctor from the Kokilaben Hospital advised me to perform an operation. I didn't like her constant attitude to the hospital. She really sang when I was being prepared for laryngoscopy!!!
My dad has been admitted to this hospital only 7 times this year, started with a heart attack, where people come out after the week we spent here, and then because of the diabetes problems they do, so we need to come back again and again for visits, also for toe amputation, and then came back several times for a wound that did not heal and led to gangrene, where again is currently admitted!! This is the history of treatment! Now when it comes to food, this hospital has ISS for food, since for patients you can't bring food outside, so you're stuck on high prices for food quality, which is terrible, and service that necessarily requires a training program from quality control to delivery! ! My advice is if you are not satisfied once, please look in other hospitals for a second opinion!

This hospital has its own food court, as well as Starbucks, Subway and more than 2 Cafe Coffee Day outlets. The waiting area is similar to an airport lobby. It's so beautiful. A good doctor is important in a hospital, but a support system is even more important... . I think management should find the right hospital administrator who can create the right culture for success... I have never thought about such problems with such a brand ..
