Having broken a limb, I had to go to this hospital. I was well looked after, the prices were not sky-high, quite normal. It is a pity that the situation is different in public health. I recommend it.
Before and after the procedure, I felt well and calmed down, which is very valuable under such a lot of stress. Dr. P. Voytynek-I recommend it with a clear conscience, as well as all the staff working in the hospital. The only drawbacks that I noticed were delays in admission and problems with parking at the hospital. There are no other inconveniences. I recommend it.
I have just arrived in Matopat. This is not the same place as it was 15 years ago. Patients are registered in the gynecological clinic every 15 minutes. The lady at the reception desk of the department says that there is a slight shift, I am waiting an hour for a visit, and such a delay is not the first time already. I do not live in Poland, but I fully use private medical care here, including for many years and the services of the Matopat clinic, and I cannot afford such delays at every visit.Complete disrespect for patients and their time. The second problem is the problem of communicating with foreign patients, and that's exactly what I belong to. You ask us for a Polish address and phone number, because the system does not accept foreign addresses, and the girls at the reception do not have an exit for international calls. To my obvious objection that I have neither an address nor a Polish phone number, I hear that there may be sisters, parents or someone else. And what if someone does not have a family or does not want to burden anyone with their visits to Matopat? Matopat has problems with foreign patients. I definitely don't recommend it.
A modern hospital. The doctors working there are real professionals, knowledgeable in themselves and with a friendly approach to the patient. I used the services of a gynecologist, gastroenterologist and surgeon, and after each visit I was very satisfied. The service at the reception is pleasant and ready to provide information. The room is very beautifully decorated and has several waiting rooms.
Unfortunately, the disadvantages include high prices for services, but, in the end, it is the cost of quality.
For my part, I recommend this clinic for everyone.
