Thank you for taking great care of my mom when she was struggling with metastatic breast cancer, cancer of the lower spine, liver, and then brain cancer.
The staff does not listen to the patient or his family members. My son took out a metal piece of the mask and cut his hand with it. I was told to treat it in a neutral state. He also drew a man with a gun in one hand and a knife in the other, and on it was written: "I want to kill myself." I brought this to the attention of the staff and was told that they encourage patients to express their feelings. Even after these two incidents, he was going to be released in three days. I saved them time and took him home in two. If you need serious help, I wouldn't recommend this place!!!
The Mayo Clinic does not make money on psychiatric services, so treatment here will always be of poor quality. Nurses and patient care assistants are very caring, but doctors, residents and medical professionals leave much to be desired. Again, this is an area that Mayo is not going to invest in, and I think this is completely wrong, given the rapid increase in mental illness and suicide among teenagers today.
It is impossible to describe in words how much we love Mayo and how grateful we are for his saving care. I grew up surrounded by a hospital, my parents worked in medicine. I can honestly say that no hospital has treated my family better than Mayo. They are not only kind, but also have no equal in the quality of care. Their effectiveness is a miracle. All our meetings are planned and coordinated together. It's impressive. Every doctor we went to across the country gave a terrible prognosis for my wife. I won't go into details here, but suffice it to say that after the treatment there were no residual problems left. Where everyone said she could die or be paralyzed, Mayo left her 100%. We are eternally grateful.

I understand why in 3 days I visited 10 clinicians and received 20 X-rays, which is in fact the most detailed ultrasound examination of my gastrointestinal tract than any other documents I have seen before. Mayo found more abnormalities than others and performed tests that they thought "should have been performed by previous therapists." All this, and they couldn't instill fear in me. I think I want to say that they are so professional in all aspects. I want to come back every year and live to be 100!
Experts! Exactly what you need when it comes to your health. There is a curious and professional concern here. We are very grateful for the opportunity to be in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic. There are many buildings here, although signs will take you where you need to go. Before leaving, we printed out a map of this place, but did not use it. I recommend you to print out the map if you have never been here. Also, leave enough time for parking and walking.
Great place. It's amazing how they manage to treat so many patients, coordinate appointments, work hand in hand with specialized doctors and dig deeper to find the cause of your problem. Don't get me wrong, not every doctor is perfect. But most of them are above average. As for prices, it is also above average. Much higher. If your insurance doesn't cover it, don't even go there. The cost of any 30-minute visit ranges from $400 to $900 per doctor. Plus dozens of blood tests, X-rays, scans, etc. D., which can range from hundreds for simple data points to 2k for computed tomography. At least they offer an estimate on request. The operation on the double jaw came, according to Mayo estimates, it comes out about 100k, in other institutions 40k. It's all about experience, prestige, technology and know-how. If it wasn't for the Mayo Clinic, I probably would have died today. 2 years ago, I had 7 seizures in 48 hours plus a possible stroke, and I almost died due to kidney failure, I was hospitalized for a week, the doctors and nurses at the Mayo Clinic were amazing, as they are now, and the doctors at the Mayo Clinic Hospital. , nurses. Some people may say that this place is not exactly what it should be, but compared to other medical institutions, this place has helped me a LOT more than all the others combined. They took care of my problems as quickly as they took care of all possible insurance problems that I might have. They fixed things that other doctors messed up and/or failed to diagnose. Of course, Mayo is not perfect, but again, an honest question arises: which place is ideal? The fact that this place is world-famous speaks volumes. I can't say enough how grateful I am for such a good medical center near me (and I highly recommend it to others). I'm only concerned about the cost of care. But even about that ... I fully believe in useful knowledge and hard work. Thus, I believe that Mayo fully deserves the right to charge for its services. Keep up the good work, Mayo!!!!

This place saved my husband's life and changed our future forever. They gave us hope when we didn't have it. I will be in debt to them forever. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere other than the Mayo Clinic. The doctors we work with have become a family for us. We came here to get a second opinion about a brain tumor. At the first hospital we went to, we were told they couldn't work safely because of the location. In fact, they made us a forecast and sent us home to play a waiting game. We left feeling lost and scared of the unknown. The doctors at Mayo explained to us why they were confident they could operate, and what the benefits were. They also explained all the risks in detail. This is a hospital unlike any other. They spend all their time answering your questions. They treat you as a person and make you feel special. They have special facilities for the treatment of almost any disease or condition that you may have. For example, the cancer center has a lot of information about all the different types of cancer. They also have several free items and classes that you can often use. All the employees we've dealt with are great. It doesn't even look like a hospital, it's a completely different atmosphere. The clinic itself is beautiful, with many works of art and outdoor recreation areas. The hospital has many amenities. They have sleeping rooms so you can relax between meetings, cafeterias and several places to shop. If you forgot to bring something, don't worry, you can buy it in Mayo. They also have a great online portal. You can find here any test, note or visualization that you have done here. If you are not satisfied with what your local doctor or practitioner tells you, visit the Mayo Clinic to get a second opinion. They gave my husband and me our future back.

The kind of comprehensive care they provide, the cooperation between all their medical staff, all in order to provide their patients with the best possible care - well, this is really something to contemplate. Their level of service far exceeds your "ordinary" medical hospitals and doctors - well, it's no wonder that they are world leaders in medicine. I can't say enough good words about this organization. As a person working in the healthcare industry, I know truly exceptional care and service when I see it. This place is the pinnacle of modern medicine.
