We are very satisfied with the choice of the clinic. I really liked both the doctors and the staff. They are polite, competent and ready to help with any question.
I liked everything - how they provided transport to the hospital for consultations and control receptions, how they consulted - very respectfully and empathetically. And if we were waiting for a doctor's appointment,it was with comfort in VIP rooms with tea, coffee and cookies. Thank you so much for the very warm welcome!
Separately, I would like to note the work of the Ansar coordinator - he is really a wonderful professional, a man of his word,he has everything under control and you don't worry about anything! This person consulted us all 24/7! Thank you so much for your help in everything! Another employee of this hospital who just did his job perfectly (even more than perfectly) is Babajan. I translated literally everything, I also tried to help with the examination of the child by an ophthalmologist, it is always nice to contact this person with questions, because he is always happy to help. To meet such amazing people abroad, far from home, is just happiness! I will not get tired of repeating that the more professional a person is, the more human qualities and tact there are in him. For four years, the phenomenal doctors of the hemato-oncological department of this hospital fought for the life of our child. Each of his smiles is their achievement. We are infinitely grateful to all the doctors who accompanied us on this difficult path and to the nurses who took care of the child with maternal patience. This is the hardest test for any parent. But the relentless perseverance and confidence of the doctors did not allow us to fall into despair. Our baby managed to overcome this disease.
Two years ago, when I was undergoing a professional examination in my regional polyclinic, the doctor suspected that I had cancer and offered to conduct a full examination. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was confirmed. I started hastily searching for information on the Internet, I came across a lot of articles about cancer treatment in Israel, Turkey, Germany. A doctor friend advised me to contact the Turkish clinic Medipol, said that they are now treating oncology well: both the specialists are good, and the equipment is ultramodern, and the prices are reasonable. I called and flew. Indeed, the treatment turned out to be at the highest level, and the clinic is good, and the doctors are excellent, the only drawback is that you have to communicate all the time through an interpreter.
