Today I used this service for the first time at Memorial Hospital, where I went to make a vaccine for COVID-19. The friendly staff, the receptionists, and the nurse conducting the vaccination demonstrated appropriate professional and disciplined work. This is a very clean and tidy hospital from the point of view of hygiene. I would like to thank the managers and all the employees for their success. I wish you all the best.
The hospital may be fine, but the ambulance is terrible. A trainee doctor, a nurse play on the phone: while patients are writhing in pain, they do not look up from the phone. When you come to the intensive care unit, definitely do not go here. In a huge emergency room there is a doctor and a nurse, they are both sitting on the phone and playing.
A week ago, I had a problem in the parking lot of the memorial hospital. Thanks to the security officer Elmar, I easily coped with my work. I was very pleased with her interest and attention. I would like to express my gratitude to her here. .
It is located on the right side of the Konya Road in the direction of Kyzyl on Mevlana Boulevard. This is a big hospital. There is a small outdoor parking lot at the entrance, and in front of the door there is a parking lot for cars by the hotel employee. On the ground floor there is a waiting room and a cafeteria. The staff at the entrance is polite and friendly. Everything to get better as soon as possible.
From July to August 2021, I was examined by the oncology and cardiology service. I was very satisfied with the attention, fast service, cleaning and reasonable payment. I will continue my treatment here. B. Oktem
02.08.2021 our baby's collarbone broke during childbirth at the Memorial Ankara Hospital. While we were waiting for the orthopedist to come the next day and check on him, we were shocked by a phone call to our ward. The orthopedic doctor did not come and examine our child, who was born just a few hours ago and whose collarbone was broken during childbirth, until we paid for the examination in the amount of 550 Turkish lira. Despite meetings with the hospital management, I could not get any results. This is called opportunism, this is indifference, insensitivity, disrespect, I will take all the necessary legal means.
A hospital that approaches a patient for purely commercial purposes. Everyone is calm, but make no mistake. At the reception for emergency cancer patients, only recent graduates are on duty, you can't reach anyone. There is money involved and it is a trap, they get money for a bed and tests again the next day.
Unfortunately, the clinic is below average in terms of human resources. I came for an interview, and they told me that we don't have this manager, you have to come tomorrow at the same time. It is clear that the situation here is difficult. The HR department does not create an effective image. Think 10 times before applying here.
Thank you to Professor Dr. Nemet Aigul I am now pregnant thanks to God and the efforts of her team. She was the first to give us confidence with her unsurpassed knowledge, warmth and compassion. We could always contact them and they were interested, thank you. Good luck
The unit of time in this hospital is different. Here, 5 minutes is equivalent to 2 hours in our world. I suggest you lower your expectations when you come here. Private boutique hospitals, consisting of one building, provide the best service. This is an unofficial hospital that looks like an institutional one.

Patient treated Neuroblastoma in the clinic Memorial Clinic Ankara (Turkey)
8.0
Good
Our 6-year-old daughter was treated for neuroblastoma here. We are from Ukraine and the level of service in Memorial Ankara is certainly higher than ours, a warm attitude to foreign patients, there are Russian-speaking translators, all medicines and consumables are available, blood is always ready for transfusion, the whole complex of complex treatment takes place within one building, an individual adjustable ventilation system in each ward, a good three meals a day (although soups are tasteless), which is brought directly to the ward, daily cleaning and replacement of bed linen, hot water, shower and a large TV in each ward, but you have to pay for everything. Even things can be given to the laundry, but they have a separate price list for this. Of course, the prices are at least three or even four times higher than the Ukrainian ones, but you pay and you can not think about anything further. For patients, they provide a comfortable car for free for trips home (within Ankara), for processing documents in other instances, and even send a car for the patient to the international airport and take him there from the clinic. This is very comfortable and a big plus. But I think that this is also indirectly included in the cost of treatment and stay in the clinic.
Minuses:
- an oncologist does not always want to explain why he chose this strategy for the treatment of a child, what medications and for what he uses, does not want to tell details about the results of tests and studies;
- very few of the staff speak English at least at a simple level, because there are no translators in the morning, evening and on Sunday and they persistently ask them not to disturb them at this time, then a language barrier arises during this period. Google Translator helps, but it doesn't translate everything correctly. Therefore, it is desirable to understand Turkish a little.
