I was at the Memorial in August 2020. I will tell you in detail. My daughter needed an endocrinologist in Turkey, a permanent one. Initially, we went to the state polyclinic,we were surprised at how good the attitude in free hospitals is in Turkey!!! The doctors helped and explained everything, but since we still speak Turkish poorly, we decided to go to a private clinic in Memorial to have an endocrinologist there as well. The hospital is large, a very kind translator girl met us and helped us with everything, we are very grateful to her. But the endocrinologist, to whom we got, is simply terrible!!!
We have read a lot of reviews about Dr. Gokhan Yazychoglu on the Internet, how good and wonderful he is. We were positive, we went into the office, and the first thing he said to me, the mother of the child, "go to the wall, and in general only the one who is registered should come in." But okay, this is just about the human attitude to the child and his mother. They sat down, we brought all the tests, showed them to the doctor. He began to watch them reluctantly, saying that sugars 11 and 15 are normal (for those who do not know, the norm is from 4 to 6). Even the translator at that moment did not understand everything that was said and apologized to us for it. Okay, good. Then I asked him if there were any alternatives to treatment, said that I was warned that in this clinic, where the reception, sorry, costs 16,000 rubles, they make stem cells and give out a Free Libre device for measuring sugar. What was my surprise when the doctor did not even know about such a drug!!! Only later did the nurse explain to him what it was, and that it was the latest development that he had to prescribe to us. After that, he stopped looking at our tests, saying that diabetes is not treated, it will never get better for us, that sugar is about fifteen for us is the norm and we will inject huge doses of insulin all our lives, and he can't help anything. He did not weigh his daughter, did not measure her height, as is usually done, brought her to tears with his "it is not treated, if you take insulin and go further, it will be with you for life." The translator blushed and invited us to leave, which, in fact, we did. Initially, out of principle, I wanted to return the money, but they did not, let him choke on his anger.

I give this score to the otolaryngologist Professor Mustafa Asim Safak Bey, it would be possible to give 100, I would give 100 points. He is the perfect doctor who really checks everything down to the smallest details that do not catch your eye from the very beginning, and explains to you in a language that you understand.

For the second month we have been trying to get to the doctor for the IVF procedure, the doctor was either at the congress, now he is resigning, but there is no replacement. It's sad, my husband's vacation has passed, and plans and dreams have been put on the back burner.
We came on vacation from the Netherlands, and my father needed treatment to his heart. There was a translator, who followed us along the way. The Cardiologist could also speak English, which was excellent. The treatment to their patients is exceptional, especially the food. The nurses (female) are great, the male ones we didn't had a great experience with. It's a clean, safe, kind and honest hospital. Better than the hospitals in the Netherlands, I must admit. If you need treatment, this is the hospital you shall need.
