Thank you very much,everything is going well,the doctors and staff are all at the highest level,this is not the first time I have applied to this clinic, so I am very happy with this clinic and doctors!
A normal clinic. I would like it to be better,but it does not reach 10, because the prices here are high, so we expected more. On the positive side, we were picked up right from the airport (transfer) to the hotel and in an hour they were supposed to take him to the clinic. There are no complaints about the meeting at the airport - well done! They found us quickly. But they could not take them to the clinic, because "there were traffic jams" and for some reason they did not warn about it. No problem, we went by ourselves, it was difficult only because we had just arrived and did not know the area, we were still worried that the doctor would not accept us, because we were delayed for an hour. The clinic is really large and cozy,it is clear that a lot of people come there from different parts of the world.
On the negative side, when we arrived at the clinic ourselves, no one met us, did not see us off (the doctors themselves were looking for) and waited at his office for another hour, since they could not find an interpreter. Agree that it is difficult when you come from far away with a child (we could not sleep on the plane), you are forced to wait for a long time... Our child fell asleep, and after a while, i.e. an hour, the translator Nino came to us. I had to wake up a tired child (after all, she was actually brought to an ophthalmologist for an examination) and from this the baby cried for a very long time and could not calm down. Neither the nurses nor the doctor himself showed sympathy for the tired child, only displeasure was felt...Oh, well.As a result, we were barely examined by a doctor and prescribed medications. Thanks to the translator Nino who wanted to help with the translations, no matter what, she remained humane and friendly and was in touch at any time! She organized a taxi for us back and did not let us down anywhere-smart girl!

We started this adventure by learning that my wife's heart valves need to be replaced, and that this is a risky operation. There is always a risk in surgery, we knew about it, but it was obvious that it would be a little more difficult for us. We went to different hospitals and talked to doctors, because we wanted my wife to feel comfortable and confident. I am sure that they are all successful doctors in their field, but the final decision had to be made by my wife.
Before we reached the decision-making stage, we made an appointment at the Shishli Memorial Clinic and met with Dr. Denise Schoener in the cardiology department. He explained the whole process to us in detail, and we settled on this hospital. It was time for the operation, but I was seized with fears. My fears have reached a peak. Hospital procedures, hospital politics and fate-that's what made me think the most. When my wife was taken to the operating room, time stopped for me. Since none of my loved ones had ever undergone such a risky and long operation, I did not know what I was going to go through. The unknown scared me.
The operation was successful, and we finally had the opportunity to meet with the doctor and staff. All of them approached us with warmth, sincerity and respect as members of their own family. Jokes, mini-concerts after surgery, smiling faces. They made us feel more and more every day what a right decision we had made. The hospital is considered the best hospital in Turkey..I visited several hospitals but unfortunately they refused to accept my case because I suffer from Ogilvie's syndrome and this disease is difficult to fight..Thanks for the good treatment doctor. Birol and his generous heart. I had two bowel surgeries, Dr. Elinor is a doctor in every sense of the word ...
