It is one of the oldest hospitals in the area, but it has not changed over time. Even many public hospitals are better than this one. You don't feel like you're in a private hospital. Many doctors turned out to be trainees. The staff is not interested in caring for patients, there is no privacy when examining the patient. The cleanliness is very bad. Many improvements are required.

The clinic is the best in the management of pregnancy and childbirth, as well as in pediatrics. Excellent service with the best and experienced doctors. All types of vaccination and health checks are available for children and mothers.
The hospital is great. If you are planning an operation with less pain and faster recovery, just go to the hospital and ask about robotic surgery. Recently, my mother underwent a robotic operation, as she was obese, this robotic operation made her walk in just 2 days. Dr. Chandra Kalyan sir performed the operation,he is very polite and patient. he gave instructions after and before the operation. I recommend this hospital to you 100%

The journey started when I visited Dr. Lakshmi Ashwathaman(Gynaecologist)for my pregnancy. Gem of person she is.Such down to earth ,words fall short to describe her. Me and my family will be forever grateful to her for all that she has done during my pregnancy. I had a wonderful journey of pregnancy and delivery because of Dr. Lakshmi. Thank you so much
The nurses are amazing, very helpful. After the delivery they took such good care that never felt like coming back home. The staff members are very polite and hospitality is too good. The canteen service and cafe are really awesome . The infrastructure, rooms are like hotel- it doesn’t give a feel of a traditional hospital. Thank you

The team of doctors here are exceptionally efficient. Infrastructure is extremely good and very well maintained. Just few things need to be improved. Proper coordination & briefing of common ground rules between security personnel at various levels: main entrance, at wards, etc. Inventory management at pharmacy definitely needs improvement. For instance, diclo transdermal patch prescribed for a patient which wasn't easily available outside was out of stock and were informed will be available only after 2 days..I request the management to look into these minor administrative issues to make it even better. Thank you.

At MGM, I received qualified assistance from a doctor, S. Sumitra Sinha Roy. Thank you for providing us with Anna's translator and her work for us. The nurses on the 9th floor were attentive and helped with the treatment. At MGM Hospital, the ward is clean and comfortable. Thank you to the chef for a variety of delicious dishes. Had a fantastic experience at this Hospital when I had gone for my father's health issue This was my first time here and was amazed at the beautiful hospital so spacious, so well very international class much needed for Chennai. Special mention and heartfelt Thanks to all the housekeeping staff(specially mr.deepak), doctors, nurses and staff who were so professional so polite and kind. Very well organised and at this covid19 pandemic situation the housekeeping staff makes this place very neat&clean Keep up the great work Team MGM. Cheers !!!!
We were at MGM healthcare recently for an emergency medical treatment for our infant grandson and the overall experience has been very pleasant.. though we did have some minor initial glitches they were ironed out immediately.. the nurses , attendants and other service providers were very courteous ..the quality of the room, food and the variety available did take away the perception of being in an hospital.. most important was the seamless medical attention..sincerely hope the management maintains the standards they are setting and carry it forward diligently..

I had a great experience at MGM hospital in Chennai. Sunita and the rest of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The doctors were knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped. I was impressed by the quality of care and service I received at this hospital.
The facility is top class. Doctors are patient enough to explain the situation,plan and treating the patients. From chief to duty doctors everyone taking care for the patients and family. Nurses and housekeeping are best in handling, polite approach on time attention. Security staffs, lobby staffs,administration is top knotch. Food is next highlight the variety and spreads for both patient,attendees are great. On time best quality. Improvement areas Lift is busy always except non peak hours,Pharmacy response and delivery time to be improved.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the medical professionals were knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The entire experience was seamless, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend MGM Healthcare to anyone in need of medical care.
