At the end of May 2021, I underwent surgery at the cancer dispensary at Zavertyaev, Urology department, and my kidney was removed. There were complications after the operation. Thank you very much to all the nurse girls! After all, it was only thanks to their sensitive, caring attitude that I was able to go through all this. Absolutely ALWAYS with kindness in their voice, with compassion, with care, they do their hard work, helping us, patients, not only physically, but also mentally. A huge human thank you to everyone!
Evgeny Ivanovich Kopyltsov is the head of the Department of Urology at the oncological dispensary. A golden doctor, an impeccable specialist in his field, a kind-hearted person. He does the operations himself. Before the operation, he held my hand and said a few kind words. This is so important to us!
After the operation, despite the fact that a supervising doctor was appointed, he always found time to come in and find out how he was feeling. My gratitude is sincere and boundless.
Sihvardt Ivan Alexandrovich is my attending physician. He will come in several times a day, find out how someone feels. He will definitely pay attention to everyone, despite the fact that from 9 am to 4 pm operations are performed, and he also does them. He will never go home without visiting his patients. I was very often late at work. Thank you so much for what you are doing.
A very good department, wonderful medical staff, professional doctors..... What a leader, such are his employees....always clean, cleaned from morning to night.... the food is always delicious and varied....

In November 2020, I had an operation to remove a malignant tumor, I would like to cordially thank my attending physician Ilya Alexandrovich Durnev and all the medical staff of the oncourological department in my recovery. I am pleased with the sensitive and gentle attitude towards me during my stay in the department. Many thanks to everyone who took part in my recovery, and God grant you all health and well-being.

On July 26, 2021, fibroadenomatosis of the left breast was operated on in surgical department 3 with a size of 28x8x24. I thank all the service staff for their sensitivity, attention, and restraint. Special thanks to surgeon Alekseenko Evgeny Fedorovich. A true professional in his field. The operation went very well. The seam is very neat. I bow low to you, Evgeny Fedorovich.

I am very grateful to the medical and junior staff for the attitude towards us patients, it is not at all clear to me why one throat is put in the discharge and they are discharged earlier for 3-4 days without giving treatment until the end I was prescribed blood thinning drugs 7 injections were made only 3 and sent to the polyclinic to be treated.

Exceptionally attentive, polite treatment of patients. And nurse Natalia is in the treatment room in general class. With my more than problematic veins, both the blood was taken and the system was installed. Just her voice and the address "my girl" already makes it easier.

In April 2017, with an extract from the diagnostic center, in complete despair, they came with their daughter to the oncological dispensary, and after the end of the working day, it is unclear what they hoped for. The receptionist suggested (unfortunately, I did not remember which of the employees) to contact the head Goryachkin V. A. Vladimir Anatolyevich did not put us out the door, although he could have, listened, and after a few days I arrived for the operation, having neither money nor connections. Thanks to his indifference, among other things, I can now write this review. During the treatment, I also encountered a negative attitude, but mostly competent and caring people work here. I would like to express my great gratitude to the attending physician Mikhail Sergeyevich Mazhbich, nurse Natalia Anatolyevna, Kim Alina Sergeevna - chemotherapist and many other nurses and doctors who have words of support and participation, despite the huge number of patients they receive daily. I wish you health and patience!

This is a hospital where no one would want to go. But I had to, my husband got sick, he had an operation. After talking with the attending physician, I was told not to disturb him for 4 days. These 4 days were hard labor, calling the 1st surgery on the 5th day to find out about my husband's condition, I ran into such a boor at the other end of the wire who said (that why am I calling and he can't help me with anything ..) my state of shock. Having brought me to tears, I still found out everything.
Dear doctors, I understand that this is your job and you have to answer the same questions every day, but be MORE HUMANE!!!

I have been donating blood at the blood transfusion point at the dispensary for more than 15 years. Wonderful, responsive people work there, and real professionals in their field. Over the years, there have never been any conflicts and I have never heard in conversations with other donors complaints about the work of nurses either in the operating room or in the laboratory.
