Starting with the call to the clinic, when the operator with a pleasant voice selects the time and day of the appointment, he tells everything in great detail (the cost, who the doctor is, what documents are needed, and so on), they even offered to invite him early if the doctor has time. I then decided that it was out of politeness, but they really called back. Administrators meet smiling, in uniform, neat. Everything was explained in detail to the campaign of filling out documents, they offered to leave an email address and connect a personal account in a special application to receive the results of tests. Immediately downloaded and connected on the spot. It is very convenient, you can ask your doctor a question in a personal chat. The interior is also bright, muted tones. There is silence. I was in the clinic with a neurologist, an ultrasound specialist, and underwent a prescribed massage course. All employees are in their place as professional specialists. It is very pleasant to feel attention to yourself as a patient. This primarily distinguishes the medical clinic from other medical institutions. I always come here with a calm soul.
The urologists at the Medical On Group are real magicians, I treated a difficult pathology that has been bothering me for many years. Despite the neglected disease, they did treat it, and after 2 months I am completely healthy, and the treatment cost me relatively inexpensive, I was counting on larger sums. Now I perceive the world differently, for which I am very grateful to the staff of the clinic and personally to T. A. Gavrilova.
There is no doubt about the competence of doctors, very polite, pleasant staff. But I can comment on the competence of the laboratory staff. Before taking blood for tests, the laboratory assistant took urine for analysis from another patient, immediately grabbed a syringe and other tools. I didn't wash my hands or change my gloves. I'm shocked.

When a gastroenterologist advised me to undergo a colonoscopy, I was very worried about her soreness after hearing from those doing this procedure.
And I was even more afraid of anesthesia, under which I was supposed to have a colonoscopy.
But all my fears, all my worries dissipated as soon as I crossed the threshold of the office for the procedure.
I express my great gratitude to the team that worked with me: anesthesiologist, endoscopist, operating nurse, anesthesiologist, for their coordinated actions, friendliness, courtesy, tact, and most importantly, high professionalism.

I took my mother to the medical center of Medical on Group for examination. At the reception we were met by lovely girls who explained everything and made an appointment for my mother to see a doctor. Mom was delighted with the hospital. She said it was the first time she had come to such a well-groomed and clean medical facility. During the week we went to the doctors and took tests. A month has passed after the treatment and mom feels much better
Since I began to undergo preventive treatment of hypertension twice a year in Medical Ongroup, my condition has improved significantly.
