I would like to express my great gratitude to the leading surgeon of the urological department, Alexey Trubin, who underwent a complex operation in February 2021. A high professional in his field, a responsive, sensitive doctor. A low bow to him, a surgeon from God. Thanks to him, I live a full life. I thank all the medical staff, sensitive people work in this department. Thank you all very much!
And I just liked the security. Politely directed in the right direction. It's easy to get lost there without them! The attitude towards people is inhuman . The queues are huge, the time ticket is hours late! Without time, a separate story!!!! 4/5 hours in line is the norm for this institution. People with acute pains are writhing in the corridors. Insulin-dependent people without lunch and without medications to languish in stuffy corridors, without windows, without ventilation. The gynecologist works one out of 5!!! The doctor has a sick child (we are all people, it happens) but there is no one to replace it! The reception was led by a rabid nurse, who first yelled at people, then decided to accept! In a word, horror. I thought it was not like everywhere else!!! And in fact, even worse. And about okved, a separate story! There can be no question of observing the distance here! It's not like sitting, there's nowhere to stand along the wall! About 70 people are standing around waiting for their turn. I was at the reception on June 10 and 11.
The reception works disgusting. Arriving for a ticket that was registered electro, in order for relatives who came from afar not to stand in line, just to print the ticket. Moreover, after the operation, the grandfather is 82 years old after a serious operation, he should not stand in a small queue. To the offers to show a photo of the pole and make a printout of the coupon on it, the answer was simply: come on the day of the reception and they will print it out for you. Well, the registry staff are so inhumane. I understand when you come to an ordinary polyclinic and hear such an answer, but this is a cancer center. The name itself says a lot. And such an attitude, there are just no words, it's sad that people are so callous to the sick.
She was lying in the radiation department 2. The head Lukyanova I. In What a disgusting attitude to patients! She talks rudely, arrogantly, not a pleasant person. One phrase is worth what :We treat you here. And I wanted to answer, well, this is your job, for which you get money. But on the other hand, if she is given money, then that's it, this patient has special conditions of stay.He can go home and visit relatives at any time right in the ward.Crowds go without shoe covers and masks and don't care that the rest of the patients want to rest! But maybe this is part of therapy, so that they are afraid to come again and face this boor!
I would like to express my great gratitude to the doctor from God, Evgeny V. Smirnov, and the nurse, Maria Nikolaevna Dvoretskaya. After undergoing laparoscopy on June 23, 2021, I feel great. The most positive impressions, professionalism, sensitive attitude, accuracy and sense of humor ... - for all this, a low bow.
I, Fedyakina N.Y. was observed with a diagnosis of "polyp of the hepatic bend of the ordinary intestine". I was hospitalized for polyp removal. I express my deep gratitude to the doctor Morozova M.A. to the nurse Kolesnikova N.V. to the senior nurse Vasilyeva E.A. I am very grateful to the doctors and nurses of the X-ray surgical department and personally to Lysenko D.P. Special thanks to the doctor Morozova M.A. for her sincere attitude to patients, kindness, professionalism, ability to create a favorable atmosphere for patients. Thanks to the doctors and nurses of GBUZ SOKOD for their valiant work. Separately, I want to congratulate the doctor Morozova M.A. happy Birthday! I wish you good health, a happy life, fulfilling dreams and full of joy, love and beauty! Sincerely, Fedyakina N.Y.
From Togliatti, they were sent to SOKOD due to deterioration after chemistry and radiation. The guards were very surprised, prompting the direction of the offices, you will not find this everywhere. There were no more than an hour waiting in line at the reception. The corridors are not stuffy, not hot, very comfortable. It's very easy to get lost, but all the staff we met there when we were looking for the right office, very politely prompted. There are double rooms, inconvenient.
Thank you very much to the doctors and nurses of the SRCOD STAFF, for their professionalism and attention. Especially the Department of Neurosurgery, the wonderful head of the Hobta R.V., Sapozhnikov V.A. and anesthesiologist Artemyev A.V. thank you all for everything!!!!You have golden hands!!! I am very grateful and grateful to you.
