My mother in Russia was diagnosed with a terrible diagnosis - stage 4 breast cancer. The actions of the doctors did not inspire confidence, so we turned to the company to select a clinic and a doctor. We were offered a schlosspark clinic, Dr. Ursula Makowiec. Mom underwent a 3-day examination in a hospital, in a separate ward. The friendly atmosphere, professionalism, respect for the elderly patient - all this allowed us to relax, not try to control every step of the medical staff, to read articles on the Internet. I was sure we had made the right choice. And most importantly - the diagnosis was not confirmed! Mom turned out not to have breast cancer with metastases, but cancer of the sweat gland in the armpit without any signs of metastases, the prognosis is much more favorable. The doctor told us - you came here with a fatal diagnosis, and you came out a healthy person! We plan to continue to be observed in this clinic by this doctor. I would like to thank the translator Marina Wernke separately. She turned out to be not only an excellent professional, but also a very pleasant conversationalist, we were very comfortable with her. I also want to thank the curators who helped a lot all the time while my mother was being monitored at the clinic
I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma. My doctor recommended this clinic to me, as plastic surgery there should be very good. Needless to say, I wasn't disappointed! From the first conversation to the dismissal, everything was very well organized. My thanks to the 2g station with amazing sisters who were always in a good mood, even if sometimes it is difficult. Thanks also to the doctors who worked well with me.
I was operated on in this clinic. Unfortunately, I can't say all the good things about it. First of all in advance: the recording went smoothly and the clerk was very friendly. The food was really good by hospital standards. The surgical team was very friendly and accessible. In general, I was very comfortable. Unfortunately, this clinic is being dragged through cocoa by some unmotivated nurses. The fact that I need to discuss postoperative painkillers makes me doubt that I live here in Germany. There were a few more mistakes that I don't want to go into. It would be unfair to generalize this to all registered nurses! Sisters on 1A, such as Stephanie, nurses in body and soul, support the business. I can tell the clinic one thing along the way: the "unqualified" nurses (all Polish on 1A) were extremely dedicated! They came to me regularly to ask if I was in pain, and looked after me around the clock. These types of medical workers are the gold and the cornerstone of adequate, humane and sensitive patient care. This and the very friendly service staff are the reason to assign this house 2 stars.
Shortly before Christmas, I was in Ward 1a for 2 days. I came to the clinic through my mother, because her stomach was at the bottom. As soon as I got to the hospital, I was examined professionally and thoroughly without a long wait. Despite the stress of Corona, everyone was very friendly and in a good mood. Station 1a is comfortably furnished. Very attentive staff, nurses, medical staff, etc. are very helpful... Thanks again to the whole team ...
