Doctors are highly qualified in the departments of the SOON. In a polyclinic, often, the time of an appointment with a doctor does not correspond to the time of a real appointment.
I tried to make an appointment (repeated), the appointment was refused in a rude form and the phone was hung up. I couldn't get through again for a long time.
