From the doctor to the cleaner, everyone is very friendly and pleasant. We felt that we were treated correctly at every reception. Intensive care or a plaster room - everyone empathized with our baby, no one was ever annoyed or impatient. We thank you for everything!
I am writing on behalf of a friend, she is in oncology with her child, the baby is in an isolation ward, the mother cannot leave the room. She is 24/7 with the child. Is food delivered to the accompanying persons, even if they are not allowed to leave the room? If the mother must have strength, then you must also provide it. It should not be that the mother is waiting for the father, who brings food every time. Also, it should not be the case that the accompanying person has to sleep for months in a chair, because the folding bed for the accompanying person, presumably, cannot be opened. The treatment itself seems good...

I was admitted to the hospital on July 28, 2018 with a diagnosis of leukemia. And everyone, whether it was a nurse, medical staff or doctors, tried their best to make my stay there as pleasant as possible! The best doctors, the best nurses saved my life!
My mother has been in the intensive care unit in Erlangen for some time, and I am very happy and grateful that she can be there in her critical condition. The nursing staff is very friendly and always ready to help, the doctors on duty have time for questions, and they are also very sensitive. My mother was well looked after there. I can only share my experience, but I am very happy.
Unfortunately, my mother lost her fight with cancer. But I can only say that there are very few hospitals that take such great care. I was with my mother for a few days, and the nurses and doctors were always ready to listen in difficult times and were always there for me. Many hospitals should take an example here. Keep up the good work!
I had an operation on my arm and I was thrilled. The whole team made my stay as pleasant as possible. Starting with the advice before the operation, then during the operation, which I witnessed while I was fully conscious. The pleasant, calm atmosphere relieved my fear. And the care after the operation was also perfect. Now I am back at home, but I like to undergo the necessary additional examinations.
Whether it is a university clinic, a children's polyclinic or a gynecological clinic, we have always been in safe hands in Erlangen! Especially with our young son Ben, we had more time at the very beginning and this year. I was wondering how so many great people can work in one place?! Not a doctor, not a nurse, a nurse or a midwife who was not very good! I was often nervous, but I knew ... my little son has always been in the best hands! The only time I was in another clinic, my daughter was horrified! No matter how far the path is, always to Erlangen! Here are not only the best, but also loving doctors! Just like a university clinic! Where else are you sent, and help is immediately provided where it was urgently needed! I can really recommend the clinics in Erlangen from the bottom of my heart!
We were on Sylvester's night from 2019 to New Year's as an emergency at the University Clinic of Erlangen and want to express our sincere praise and gratitude.
From the emergency department where we were first, even though we were in the wrong place for the injury, transporting the patients that brought us to the eye clinic, to the treatment at the eye clinic and surgery, the team was always friendly, very professional and overall we felt we were in very good hands.

The Erlangen clinic borders on absolute negligence, doctors don't know the difference between bruises and breakage, your store is just ridiculous.
It is better for doctors not to wear masks and place coronavirus patients next to healthy people. Whom we all admire this plague, because it is you who are to blame for it.
