I applied to this clinic on the recommendation of friends. At the entrance you are greeted by friendly staff, the registration process is very fast. The clinic is clean, cozy, there are no queues. The time of admission to the doctor is strictly observed. Observing the work of my therapist, I can assume that other doctors are also highly qualified in their field, use new technologies, and treat each patient carefully. After the visit, you will have only pleasant impressions. Now I will recommend this clinic to my friends.
I can only recommend it. I was in a surgical clinic. A good doctor, a quick prognosis and polite. The nurses are friendly and very helpful. Doctors have endless experience and are ready to answer questions. My respect and gratitude to the nurses and doctors! A great achievement that should be recognized.
I decided to apply, heart surgery was urgently needed (replacement of heart valves), the clinic's specialists successfully performed it. The operation was minimally invasive. Everything went smoothly, thanks to the doctors for the qualified help and, in fact, saving my life! I recommend the clinic, of course. As I learned later, the University Clinic of Freiburg is known all over the world, the reputation of the clinic speaks for itself. It's a 10-minute drive from the city center to the clinic, take note.
About a year ago, even before the coronavirus pandemic, he was treated at the University Clinic of Freiburg (Germany). Despite the fact that doctors do not speak Russian, ANO Center for International Med. the doctor who works at the clinic helped us find an interpreter, so there were no problems with this. Highly qualified doctors are engaged in the treatment of patients. My disease could not be cured for a long time at home, but here they helped me. I am very grateful to the doctors of the clinic that I am healthy again.
I came to the emergency room at 3 a.m. with severe abdominal pain. Without an examination, they told me that this was not a case for the emergency department and asked me what to do now. In the end, I was sent away with a couple of pills. Something like this is absolutely incomprehensible and unprofessional. After that, I went to another hospital, where I was allowed to stay for a few nights because the pain did not subside. So it wasn't a small thing. I was and remain incredibly shocked by this non-existent "service". After all, a doctor's duty is to treat people in pain. And I don't think anyone comes to the emergency room in the middle of the night for fun. In fact, I would like to give 0 stars.
Excellent clinic with knowledgeable staff.
I came here because of an incorrect operation on the lateral cyst of the neck.

I was thrilled that I personally met all the important people (the operating doctor, the senior doctor...)

During the examination the day before the operation, the senior doctor prescribed a CT scan. Because of this, the operation was postponed because it was not a lateral cyst of the neck (as suspected for 3 years), but a laryngocele (bulge of the larynx).

The operation was successful and without further complications.

Here, at the clinic, I was met and taken care of in a very friendly and helpful way :) I am very grateful for being here, and I can warmly recommend the clinic :)
Rude and unprofessional staff.
I was treated there for many years and I was NEVER picked up on time. A few years ago I had an appointment at 10am, I was told I would probably have to wait a bit longer, 3 hours later I was still sitting there waiting and I was still told it would be my turn soon. In the end, I sat there for 10 hours and had to go home because the doctor who was supposed to treat me at 10 a.m. had finished work. It doesn't work at all and should be punished.
Nurses and doctors are very helpful, but here you can also see the need for care. I would like to have more employees in the departments who could do care as best as possible.

The canteen and cafeteria are accessible to everyone, a barber shop for patients, groceries are sold. There is an underground parking. Toilets are in almost every corridor. Be careful, there are a lot of buildings here, there is a risk of getting lost!
The ladies at the reception in the emergency department are sometimes really outrageous and rude to such people, you can just complain and upset all day! The doctors are friendly, and some nurses, especially a slightly older employee, were especially nice and helpful, with him you noticed that he enjoys his profession.
