I was operated on by a wonderful surgeon Dr. S. Ali Modarressi, the result after the operation is great. If it wasn't for this surgeon, I would have gone to another hospital, because the conditions in this hospital are not thought out and the food is terrible. Seriously ill patients are placed next to easily operable patients, everywhere seriously ill patients are provided with separate wards. I spent 2 days in a ward with a strong smell of urine and feces, the staff wore masks to change the diapers of a seriously ill patient and none of the staff even thought to turn on the ventilation!!!! It is difficult to lie with a person who is very ill, although I sincerely feel sorry for him, because of this I could not rest after the operation and I was very sick. I asked the doctor to let me go home earlier, where I can eat and sleep in peace. The staff is trying, but they don't have enough knowledge and experience for many. The sanitary staff did their job well and were attentive.
This review concerns the psychiatric department of HUG. My sister turned to HUG for support at an extremely difficult time. We are still shocked by the inappropriate behavior of Dr. Lamia Benizakur. We have written a letter to the mediation service, but we believe that this is not enough. From our point of view, people, beware of such professionals.
We are very pleased with this hospital and its medical service, very professional and dedicated to their work.
My son is very happy, he was treated very carefully, he never felt fear, and PCR was quick and painless, unlike how they did it in Barcelona, thank you so much for everything!
