The hospital is very clean and well maintained, I have been going to this hospital for consultations for 5 years. Poor attitude of the accounting department on the mezzanine floor, as well as the customer service team and the reception in the gynecologist's department. Below average. You need to teach your team how to behave and treat the patient as in the hospital industry. They need to be more patient, polite and pleading, which is not enough.
I express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed, the therapist of the emergency department of Zuleikha Hospital in Dubai, for providing me with excellent treatment. I underwent proper wound treatment, as the doctor handled the situation very professionally and helped me recover. I am very happy with the care and treatment in this hospital.
Very professional service and staff. My mother-in-law has been working as an outpatient in Zuleikha for many years. I would like to thank Lamis from the home Care service as she was an extremely helpful, kind, understanding and very caring person. She provides very fast service and responds immediately. Zuleikha is very lucky that she works. Separately, I want to say about Elizabeth and Dr. Lind Kumar. They are both exceptional in their work, extremely caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Srikanth Varma Raherla is an experienced orthopedic surgeon at Zuleikha Hospital in Dubai. My son recently suffered a severe injury to his finger, and he was consulted. It was a difficult case, and I must say that the doctor handled it brilliantly, explaining every procedure he performed on my son's finger.
