I chose this clinic because I thought it was good , and when I read the reviews, I didn't believe it .now I really regret that I have to give birth there (
Cons of this clinic:
1-they rip off money
2-they don't appreciate your time, you wait for a very long time, everything happens very slowly!
3-on the 5th floor at the reception there are terrible workers who can't even really explain everything that interests you! what do you pay them wages for ?
They only take money and issue an invoice , but they can 't advise you !!!
I am served in this clinic without insurance, and they give me 6 more for one analysis that I need, and I know for sure that I don't need them!and for one analysis , I was counted 1300 aed

Packages of ordinary deliveries cost 8000, I asked 20 times, and only then I was told that I would still have to pay 1000 AED, why don't you write the exact cost of the package right away?
I come every 2 weeks or every 10 days, and you charge me, as a permanent patient, 350 AED, why don't you make discounts???
4-nurses are very stupid!I have already been consulted 2 times on the proper feeding of the child, why??are you wasting 20 minutes of my time? I already have 2 children, I don't need it!!!
5-a woman in labor should be given a vaccine that has a negative blood type, if the child has a positive one, I reminded her about it, and the nurses offered me to make this vaccine right away, did you not receive medical education?it is not done before childbirth , it is done after childbirth !you can cripple a mother and child, right?!manager! you must take my complaints into consideration !and you should have free internet for those who give birth there and for children! because because of you , we 've been waiting in line for a long time , and the kids can 't sit and wait that long !give them the internet !!!I 'll see how my labor will go ! I hope that I and the child will be accepted and served well!and that you won 't hurt me !I write in Russian, you can ask your Russian - speaking doctor to translate all this for you !

I was completely disappointed on my first visit to this hospital ..
Firstly, the entrance from the main road is closed, and there is a direction to the main entrance, which is almost 180 degrees from this entrance, so you will have to walk and take a shower of sweat because of the hot weather.
The next step was to wait for a few minutes while the receptionist typed something and finally announced that I had to pay for registration in addition to the doctor's fees, which completely shocked me, considering that I have a membership card from a branch in Dubai!!!
Now I'm not going to the branch in Dubai for the money.. just because of the principles.
Firstly, the entrance from the main road is closed, and there is a direction to the main entrance, which is almost 180 degrees from this entrance, so you will have to walk and take a shower of sweat because of the hot weather.
The next step was to wait for a few minutes while the receptionist typed something and finally announced that I had to pay for registration in addition to the doctor's fees, which completely shocked me, considering that I have a membership card from a branch in Dubai!!!
Now I'm not going to the branch in Dubai for the money.. just because of the principles.

The hospital has a unique medical staff who is really very helpful, kind and emotionally supports patients.
I had a caesarean section there with Dr. Kranti, who was very professional and performed my operations very efficiently.
The room service team is amazing, the dietitians did a great job too.
Highly recommend
