I vaccinated myself against the Corona virus here with the Biontech/Pfizer vaccine. Everything went professionally, I was even offered a certificate for vaccination. I didn't have to wait 5 minutes. Thank you very much!
Everything is fine on the spot, but as soon as you want to contact by phone, no one answers the phone.

Then you can hear the answering machine "If you can't fulfill your appointment, please let us know in time." also save if no one answers. (Cardiology in my case)
Doesn 't deserve even one star ! Patients are not treated, oxygen is reduced, medicines are not given! Personal hygiene is not carried out! There is so little food that parents still need to bring food! There is no reaction to the call! Doctors don 't talk !

I am sooo disappointed with the department of this clinic. So, if possible, refrain from surgery or treatment.
There were no chairs for visitors in the triple room, patients were unwashed, unattended, and when they asked for a fresh nightgown, people were told that they should dress themselves. Personal belongings are stored in different cabinets and bedside tables. Those who cannot eat themselves must starve, without drinks, without warmth of the heart... it's just incredible in 2021.
Our son was taken to the intensive care unit of the Bukhara Hospital by ambulance with severe shortness of breath. When he arrived there, he was briefly examined, cured and, with the words "We will be back soon", left in the treatment room for three hours without further visits. I want to emphasize once again, our son is only two years old, and it is very difficult for him to breathe. We, as parents, watched him, and we also monitored his oxygen saturation.
When no one took care of our son three hours later, we decided to look after the staff. However, this turned out to be difficult, since no one could be found. When we finally met someone, we asked if anyone could come to us and our son, as we had been waiting for a long time.
Suddenly we were asked who we were and what was bothering us. We wouldn't be on any list. But instead of finally taking care of our son after this "tactlessness", who was probably still waiting with serious breathing difficulties, the hospital staff gave priority to finding the cause of the "hospitalization problem". A few more minutes passed. After several attempts to apologize, the question was asked what kind of complaints our son might have. It should be mentioned here that we were taken to the emergency department by ambulance earlier and that we have already clarified all the important information about medications, etc. there. With this information kiosk, we were handed over to the hospital staff.
More than three and a half hours after hospitalization, our son had a second attack. Finally the doctor took care of him, but she seemed a little stunned.

To highlight this whole terrible story and to highlight the inability, lack of structure and negligence of the hospital staff that brought us into this situation in the first place, I would like to emphasize that my wife had to take care of our 5-month-old daughter. at the same time.

It was a terrible night. Not only for us, but, of course, for our two-year-old son, who had to wait for treatment for more than three and a half hours due to shortness of breath and severe fear. Never book again!
I applied to the Helios clinic or to the chief doctor of the ENT department for functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty.
At the first appointment, everything was fine, the doctor's recommendations were satisfactory.
The second consultation was quite hectic, as his secretary did not put my appointment on his calendar, as I was told at the front desk. Nevertheless, after the second interview, I made an appointment with a doctor.
It took 3 months to send the estimate (!!!). I had questions about this, to which the secretary responded very kindly. In any case, a friendly or patient tone of conversation was not maintained in several conversations. Meanwhile, the planned date of the operation has been postponed.

You are not working, I HAVE NO MORE DESIRES. IT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL, BUT I DON'T ALWAYS HAVE TO BE." I've never experienced anything like this, unprofessional as you can't imagine. It's good that everything went like this, I don't want someone like that to operate on me, so I'd better go to a professional doctor. I would like to put 0 stars. Just embarrassing.
