The environment in the hospital is clean, the conditions are good, the medical staff is good, and it is the best hospital in Korea. It's so good-the champ in the basement restaurant was really good while I was in the hospital.
And if you were hospitalized, it was great to take a walking course for carers and patients. This is an environmentally friendly hospital, as there is a pedestrian zone where you can breathe fresh air from the ward.

First aid is a joke. They dissuade you from taking tests, saying that it will cost more. All the employees seem to be unqualified interns who don't even know how to insert a needle into their arm (they have failed several times). The person I was supposed to take care of got a serious back injury, and they said they wouldn't let you borrow a pillow from them because "they need every one of them for every emergency patient." Samsung Hospital is actually a circus run by clowns loaded with money.
It is good that we were able to undergo a course of treatment with professional medical personnel. When I had an operation at a local hospital, I suffered from a sudden divergence of stitches, and the operation I received here was very successful, and I am satisfied. But it was burdensome because of the high price.
The worst hospital in Seoul, don't be fooled by its fancy buildings and the status of its name. I will tell you about my husband's experience as a US citizen...
He and the other patients were treated like a herd of cows. We signed up for a full check-up one month before the actual check-up date. All the doctors were very unprofessional, mocking and impersonal. I learned in Seoul that the ideal is to go to one of the small hospitals to be treated as a person. Samsung Hospital is all about business and getting patients as soon as possible. Samsung refrigerators, televisions-yes ... But definitely not their hospitals, but doctors.

We had a double operation on my daughter's heart.
Professor Yang Ji-hyuk, did everything possible for my daughter during the operation. The postoperative sutures are very neat. After the operation, we were explained in detail how the procedure went and what to do next. The nurses were always kind. I was very impressed.

My 77-year-old mother received a consultation today from Professor Dr. Chong from the Department of Mental Health. She has visited various hospitals to get advice/treatment, but today's visit was by far the best. Professor Dr. Chong was incredibly patient, kind and helpful throughout our visit. Although my mom had to travel a very long way to get to the medical center, the long trip was definitely worth it. I highly recommend Professor Dr. Chong from the Department of Mental Health.

In my experience, I think this is the best private hospital in Korea. The nurses who treated me like family during my two-month hospital stay for brain surgery. The doctor made merry rounds every morning. This is the best place for medical services. But, I don't want to go there anymore.
