Made me wait 7 hours because of a sprained ankle. After 7 hours, they finally let me through, only for the same person who saw me at the beginning to say, "Oh, you have a sprained ankle, please wait maybe another hour until the radiologist comes." Never even looked at my ankle and examined it. The worst attention I've received from any service in my entire life.
I stumbled upon it by accident last summer. I needed to visit them, and I found an immediate opportunity with them. Since then, I have been making various visits to them about my pathologies. I feel good and recommend it. Kind staff and at a height, well-groomed environment, maximum cleanliness and seriousness. Thanks!!!
The surgical team of the specialist in general surgery Alberto Ayolfi coped with it perfectly in the first place. The staff is always active, competent and attentive to monitoring patients. The rooms are always clean and equipped with a TV and amenities. Discharged today after successful gastric surgery. Seven days of stay with all types of examinations and blood transfusions. I've been trying to contact them for a month now. The first time I managed to talk to the operator, who tried to pass me his colleague, but "the line fell", the second time he told me that there were problems with the lines, and therefore they would call me back the same day. A week later I tried to call back, but, oddly enough, after twenty minutes or half an hour of waiting, the line always drops. For a week now I have been trying to call every morning and every day, and the same thing always happens, half an hour of waiting, and then the line "drops". In all this, I should be operated on theoretically in a few days.

I went to ask for a second consultation on laser eye surgery... standing waiting, no disinfection of the equipment where I hold my chin and forehead before using them to close my eyes, the doctor took a piece of paper on the bedside table and put it between the glasses and the eye... was it the same one that was used for other patients? .. I had to have a COLONOSCOPY ordered a month before, then an exam that requires 3 days of preparation, but... The day I was supposed to do it, the doctor wasn't there, and they told me to go home.

"No, they are all freelance doctors, it doesn't depend on us."
To make you understand the gap that exists between such places and a REAL CLINIC, I tell you that when I returned home, I called several real hospitals to ask if they could help me in this difficult situation by making an urgent appointment, and I immediately found the digestive endoscopy center of the San Paolo Hospital, which resolved my situation in 2 hours, with kindness and compassion.

I was operated on several times by the surgeon Dr. Luragi Simone, the last operation was on April 28, 2021, a complete right hip prosthesis is really good, also the whole team is very accessible to the needs of the patient, I was treated by him for several years, I always found it well, and I do not exchange it with anyone, there are no such as him.I also recommend others for his skill, professionalism and accessibility.
I thank the entire team of Dr. Violante and, in particular, Dr. Rustem for the operation of the prosthetic left knee and, of course, all the staff of this kind department. I really had a great time. The only drawback is, unfortunately, the food they could improve.

Yesterday afternoon I went to the emergency room because of chest pain, which could have been a symptom of a heart problem, fortunately ruled out as a result of extensive research. Despite the overcrowding and lack of space, I have to pay tribute to the service offered. The staff deserves an excellent rating. First of all, we should pay tribute to Paolo, the nurse who managed the reception and at the same time assisted in carrying out medical activities in the rooms of the same emergency department; Paolo was, with all patients, attentive, accurate, efficient and polite. Even the two cardiologists who visited me turned out to be very professional and scrupulous. In a society where modest qualities of a person and work are increasingly observed, it is right and proper to single out people and activities that work.
I came on January 7, 2020, as established by Dr. Glauber. The next day I had a minimally invasive operation to replace the aortic valve in poor condition. The operation was successful. Thank you, Dr. Glauber and his staff. Excellence in cardiac surgery.
