Our whole family were long-time customers of this institution. Sometimes everything was fine, but in other cases there were very biased consultations (for example, an ophthalmologist advised us to go to make glasses at a particular optics store and even called them to tell us that we would come, when in fact, as another ophthalmologist later confirmed, the child did not need glasses at all), or just wasted time when the doctor was just chatting and not doing his job. However, all this was tolerable until in 2017 the laboratory made a critical mistake in the results of my child's blood test, because there is no quality control in the laboratory, and the results are entered manually. In this case, pointing out that all the results were in the wrong lines, we received an apology, but the price of laboratory tests and their poor quality remained the same. We left this institution because we can no longer trust him.
As a former doctor myself, I was shocked by the incompetence of three different doctors I visited here last year. They don't listen to you, make false assumptions, don't collect a proper medical history, and don't ask mandatory questions about your risks. Two of them also prescribed expensive unnecessary tests and did not take the time to properly comment on the results. I know how difficult the work of a doctor is and how tight the deadlines are, but in this case I see only incompetence, since we have a lot of time for an appointment. You can get better medical care almost everywhere, even in private clinics, so don't waste your time and money.
I was mostly satisfied. The staff is nice and helpful, and I had no problems organizing the meeting. The specialist I met showed due diligence and was relatively scrupulous. He was annoyed that I was asking additional questions and seemed to think that I was doubting his judgment when I just needed as much information as possible.
I also had the same problem as the other reviewer, in that they tried to charge me much more than was stated before the meeting, but when I raised the quote I was given by email, they lowered my bill to the correct price. Be on your guard.

A clinic that is not worth even one star. I had to visit her for the first time and definitely for the last time. I even warn my people to avoid this place. The goal is to pull out as much money as possible, and the "services" get zero cost. When I went to the neurologist, I had to hear that his wife was nervous, and when I ordered a stick in the decollete area, he said that I was sensitive, then I was sent by him to the doctor, who said that I could not hear well with one ear - are you serious??? First impression. Everything is great, they take you to the office, do examinations, tests and everything in one go. But it is expensive, a consultation with a cardiologist with an ecg, ultrasound and holter and a few blood tests cost 440 euros
The second visit was to the therapist, here it's quite sad, what I went with and left leaving 225 euros. Complete unwillingness to understand the problem. I applied about high blood pressure and apparently from the medication or just from the release of adrenaline, the chair was upset. The doctor prescribed an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity)) and pills for lowering blood pressure and another antibiotic (in advance if the protein is high With p), and the pressure was written off as somatic.
But there may be a lot of reasons - I did not understand, they say somatic. It didn't get any easier for me, the pressure periodically rises and I feel dizzy. But ultrasound of the abdominal cavity is done :)
For two visits, 665 euros were left, as it was not very good in terms of health, and it remained

The center left the most pleasant impressions - they instantly responded to an e-mail request, called back after seeing a missed call, explained everything in detail, were always in touch and took into account our special circumstances, saving us a lot of time. There was a sincere concern for customers, and the quality of service was simply reference.
Poor service, the administration does not catch on, cannot provide specific information, as district patients are told that the physiotherapist's consultation is free, then they are asked to pay when it is provided. Instead of listening to repeat the same thing.
There are 3 cashiers working in the office, but you still have to wait with the child in your arms, because only one accepts, and the others don't know what works, but they don't really bother to help or somehow accept when the child screams, because he is already tired of waiting. I do not recommend parents with children to become patients in this area, because you will wait in line 5 times longer until the administration understands what is happening than the doctor will accept you.

I have been to the clinic several times for ophthalmology. From the registry to the doctor - everything is clear and to the point. Yes, some services are more expensive than in the clinics of my country (not much, by the way), and some of them are not provided at all. But, for example, an Avastin injection in this clinic is almost 7 times cheaper than ours ...
I applied to several clinics and only here a doctor named Paulus (I don't remember the last name) made the correct diagnosis. As a result: they helped me and I am very grateful for it! Thank you very much!

I was glad that I found this clinic, performed a CT scan of the heart, and quickly registered. Because in Kaunas, this study should wait until February. Even money of some number.. Then I saw this poor clinical assessment and was afraid that we would be unhappy. We came anyway because we have nowhere to go.
1. There was no queue at the reception, we quickly processed the documents.
2.5 min. the girl came to the door and escorted us to the CT door. The girl is very kind. Faina, that you didn't have to go to the clinic yourself.
3. An employee who had a good expenditure on CT explained that his uncle still remembers it and praised some kind specialist.
4. 1.5 hours, and the answer is already in our hands.
Summary: we were very pleased with the work of the clinic and the prices, as we expected to pay more. Computed tomography of the heart with contrast for 82 euros - too cheap: D Good luck!

On 15.05.2019 I was at a consultation about an existing inguinal hernia. I applied to a private medical institution only because I wanted to have laparoscopic surgery, because rapid rehabilitation is very important to me. However, during the consultation, the doctor, even an ordinary doctor, said that in my case this type of operation is impossible. After returning to Panevezys, I signed up at the city medical institution for an operation, and it was done as follows absolutely free of charge! The conclusion suggests itself, in this institution, specialists are too lazy to perform more complex operations if it is possible to perform simpler ones. Only for consultation it is important to tear off money! I will not recommend this place to anyone in my life.
