 The Medicover Hospital is a modern private medical center located in Budapest. Medicover started its operations in Hungary in 1998 and today it provides comprehensive medical services, from simple screening endoscopy, general and advanced imaging, to complex surgical procedures. The work of the Medicover staff has been awarded by the Hungarian professional community. The hospital uses advanced equipment, including a high-speed CT scanner from Siemens SOMATOM and an MRI machine from Siemens MAGNETON, and the staff follows European protocols for the provision of medical services. I am completely satisfied with the Medicover Hospital. Already during the laboratory tests, they were polite and courteous to me in all departments.
The entire hospital staff would have deserved much more than 5 stars. They were kind, explained everything in detail and clearly. The care was also outstanding.

I went here several times because of the operation. Well-trained people at the information desks. Excellent doctors, good patients and nurses... angels, one is kinder than the other. I don't think you can be grateful enough for their kindness. The only thing that leaves much to be desired is food... (quantity).

European standard hospital. In March 2021, I had a gynecological operation. I can talk about doctors, nurses and hospital staff with maximum satisfaction. They are very prepared, at the entrance to the hospital the visitor is greeted by a calm, friendly atmosphere. The administrators are kind, helpful and patient. The hospital host provides accurate information about all examinations and operations by phone and email. An SMS reminder will be sent every time on the eve of the tests with the exact date. Here, the patient is given attention, which, unfortunately, he cannot receive in public hospitals. I can recommend the clinic to anyone who can afford it.

At the consultation, she explained everything in an accessible language, including the possible risks, advantages and disadvantages that my operation could entail. The most professional specialist I have met in my 43 years!

Not satisfied at all. Been there a few times. Both the staff and the doctors (with some exceptions) were unfriendly, the customer service is terrible if you have a complaint. To make matters worse, I have found that some doctors are far below the professional level that one would expect from them for such a price. I won't go there again if I can. You should find another place too!
