On January 17, I was admitted to the nuclear medicine department for radioactive iodine treatment. I sincerely thank Professor Onur Demirkol and his team of nurses Emre and Görkem for their professional and human approach.

There is little empathy for the patient on the part of the medical staff, they have a very distant attitude and a rather passive attitude towards the patient. The surgical medical team is quite good as are the radiology and diagnostic tests with excellent treatment.
As a suggestion, improve the nursing team and treat the patient with more empathy and professionalism. The nursing team does not know the pathologies of patients and the reasons for hospitalization, and during shifts does not transfer information among themselves. So what can be expected from such assistance? Mechanics give more information when you leave your car for service than when you leave a loved one in this hospital.

All the staff are very nice, from the administrative staff at the door to the porters like Miguel, the doctors, nurses and assistants, and the radiology staff, all great and very friendly.

Lack of care in radiology. The woman appears tired or angry, but she does not show empathy. They shouldn't work in a hospital.

In What a disgusting attitude to patients!She talks rudely, arrogantly, not a pleasant person.One phrase is worth what :We treat you here.And I wanted to answer, well, this is your job, for which you get money.But on the other hand, if she is given money, then that's it, this patient has special conditions of stay.He can go home and visit relatives at any time right in the ward.Crowds go without shoe covers and masks and don't care that the rest of the patients want to rest!But maybe this is part of therapy, so that they are afraid to come again and face this boor!
