My mother is currently admitted here and this is the worst hospital I have seen. No one gave blanket and water to my mother in ICU after asking multiple times. For every request, they had only one answer, you are not our patient, someone will come for you. We have to ask again and again for dinner. It's really frustrating.
Never gonna visit this hospital in future for any medical situation.

My father was hospitalized here without agreement between the doctors. We went there and would never recommend this multidisciplinary hospital to anyone.
The shortage of medical staff in such a large and private hospital is only 2 nurses for 18 patients, and sometimes 1. If the patient is in the intensive care unit, none of the staff will listen to him and the patient will be depressed. There were so many cases where the sister gave the wrong medicine or injection and we continued to suffer.
Please if you love your family members do not visit this hospital

Great hospital great staff, I don’t think there’s a hospital compared to this one, very hygienic and very lovely, i had to stay in for 4days due to high inflammation and everything was top notch, the food and the staff how they take care of the patient , and they come check up every now and then, every single nurse is super helpful, supportive and sweet, i hope it grows more and more and i wish everyone great success

This is a referral hospital. For our family this is a wonderful hospital, we are very pleased with the service they provide. The people are friendly and the medical staff are true professionals. I recommend.

I ask you to express my gratitude to the group of specialists of the GBU RO "CSTO" for visiting the Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky district and providing advisory assistance to children. The doctors gave the necessary recommendations, during the reception they worked professionally and treated my child with sensitivity. I express my special gratitude to the MBUZ of the Rodionovo-Nesvetaysky district"CRH" and the district pediatrician E.I. Polskaya for organizing the reception by specialists of the GBU RO "CSTO". Thanks to such trips, children from remote settlements can get advice from specialists of a narrow profile quickly, and without leaving the district, which is important at the moment.
