I was there for cosmetic surgery, I am delighted from appointment to discharge. The manager personally introduced himself to me, I got an interpreter who spoke fluent German. All staff were very caring.
At first I was afraid, but they took that away from me by taking away my fear and talking to me. I recommend the hospital 100%!

I came from overseas to have surgery here and everything was better than expected!
My stay in the hospital was amazing. The staff were very attentive and available 24/7. The hospital has large spacious wards with their own bathroom, the ward even has a wardrobe and a safe. More like a hotel room than a hospital room. It also has a wonderful sea view.
Best of all, they also offer extra space for those who come with you for support. My husband was able to stay with me the whole time I was in the hospital and that was very helpful.
My operation process was very simple and well organized. Everyone was so kind and considerate, from the administrative staff, the blood drawers, to the anesthesiologists and nurses. Everyone was amazing and treated me so well, this is very important to me as I am very afraid of hospitals. The nurses came immediately after the call day and night.
I would sincerely recommend this hospital to my family and close friends if they ever need it.
For me it was more than 5 stars.

We came on vacation from the Netherlands, and my father needed treatment to his heart. There was a translator, who followed us along the way. The Cardiologist could also speak English, which was excellent. The treatment to their patients is exceptional, especially the food. The nurses (female) are great, the male ones we didn't had a great experience with. It's a clean, safe, kind and honest hospital. Better than the hospitals in the Netherlands, I must admit. If you need treatment, this is the hospital you shall need.

As I foreigner I was not familiair with the Manipal hospital. When my family member needed emergency help, it was fantastic to be treated in Donna Paula. All levels in the hospital were very kind and comforting, beginning the process with the escort of Gopi Scott. The specific knowledge of the best dr. Rakesh, the vascular surgeon, only good experience. The spotless rooms, the healthy food for the patient. All the staff did an excellent job to make a difficult time warm, with care and successful. A big thank you all!

My wife gave birth to a baby today at the Alfred Krupp Hospital.
From the recording to the family room, it went great.
Many thanks to Lotte's midwives (I do not know if I can call them by name) for respecting their work, and I really like being so friendly, calm and empathetic in this situation. Hats off!
