I used to see countless doctors all over Austria because I was constantly ill or because I always felt weak. It was only during a visit to the andrological department of the Vienna General Hospital that doctors discovered a genetic defect in me (XXY syndrome / Klinefelter syndrome). Since then, I've been getting a Testo injection every 2 months, and it's good. The only thing that does not suit me is the long waiting time in the department. You have an appointment at 11:00, for example, you arrive there at 10:30, you register, and then wait until 14:00, because there are still 50 people ahead.

I can only say that I am very grateful to you for giving my mother, Miss Jacob, a second chance. She underwent surgery on her aorta on the night of December 20, 2020 to December 21, 2020. I am so glad that thanks to you, your team is doing well again. When I called ITS, there were always very nice nurses there. That night I was very afraid for my mother, but she coped, and we celebrate December 21. my and her 2nd birthday... Thanks again for the good care and support.

Great team. I'm removing one asterisk because the woman wanted to open the cast for me during the MRI, slightly expanding its circumference at the top, but the cast is still in place, so it's not a big problem. She thought that because of the cast, my foot would not fit into the device.

The organization is at zero!! I ask you to connect me by phone to the Gynecology Department, they connect me to no one knows where and with whom!!! and so they did not connect correctly three times! and this is not the first time. they speak German badly!! doctors are also not very kind, depending, however, on which department!

I would like to thank the diagnostic imaging team for my numerous hospitalizations, all of which met my expectations by 100% (or more...)! not only make an appointment quickly, but also do it immediately and again in less than 20 minutes (MR!!!). But the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone, the doctor, the MTA, the reception desk and the secretariat are simply incredible! Thank you all!
