Thanks to Dr. Kemal Tuskan, I can breathe again. He performed adenoid and tonsil surgery on me and helped me get through it without problems by providing accurate information about the whole process. Many thanks to him and his entire team.

I was admitted to the emergency room, had otoscopic surgery and was treated for inflammation for about 2 months. Professor Kim Hang-gu, the general practitioners and nurses were very talented and treated me well and they were so kind. and considerate I think this is the best hospital I have been to because they took good care of me for 2 months from start to finish.

I visited Aster for a consultation in the ENT department, and then the operation, consulted with Dr. Girish Anand, who is a very helpful and cheerful person, exactly the way you want to see a doctor, with accurate diagnosis and treatment guidance, an impeccable insurance procedure, the ENT Coordinator Vidya made the discharge process after the consultation very simple and very effective. Excellent medical staff on the 4th floor with regular care, Vijaya, Rakshita, Raji and Visakha were always available. In addition, the service staff is very caring and strict security measures in a place where Lakshmi from the security service was vigilant and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
The Nutrition Department is also very attentive to your needs, patients are provided with a full meal according to their requirements, Mr. Rajesh makes sure that the food is delivered on time and offers a variety of options from which you can choose.

I have chronic tonsillitis. It is necessary to go every six months to wash the tonsils, so as not to start the disease. I do the procedure in the clinic "Dobrobut", there is a very good ENT doctor.

I applied to the Helios clinic or to the chief doctor of the ENT department for functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty.
At the first appointment, everything was fine, the doctor's recommendations were satisfactory.
The second consultation was quite hectic, as his secretary did not put my appointment on his calendar, as I was told at the front desk. Nevertheless, after the second interview, I made an appointment with a doctor.
It took 3 months to send the estimate (!!!). I had questions about this, to which the secretary responded very kindly. In any case, a friendly or patient tone of conversation was not maintained in several conversations. Meanwhile, the planned date of the operation has been postponed.
a hammer: During a phone call that I agreed with the attending physician - the appointment was not entered correctly and was not scheduled a week earlier, he called me - about the costs, he answered more than unprofessionally and emotionally with the words "I will do it." You are not working, I HAVE NO MORE DESIRES. IT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL, BUT I DON'T ALWAYS HAVE TO BE." I've never experienced anything like this, unprofessional as you can't imagine. It's good that everything went like this, I don't want someone like that to operate on me, so I'd better go to a professional doctor. I would like to put 0 stars. Just embarrassing.
