I am really impressed with the services received at BLK Hospital. The operation was performed by Dr. Bhushan Nariani. Excellent is the right word for Dr. Bhushan and his entire team. The care, the physiotherapist, the cleaning and the meals were all perfect.

My mother is currently admitted here and this is the worst hospital I have seen. No one gave blanket and water to my mother in ICU after asking multiple times. For every request, they had only one answer, you are not our patient, someone will come for you. We have to ask again and again for dinner. It's really frustrating.
Never gonna visit this hospital in future for any medical situation.

My husband was diagnosed with AVN after taking steroids during corona. He had to get his hip replacement surgery done because of the same. Dr Bhushan Nariani was super motivating from the beginning, he helped us understand the whole process and made the surgery feel less intimidating. The whole team of doctors was helpful and brought in really positive energy which I feel is essential in a hospital setting.

Pathetic gynea department with the most rude doctor ms. Nidhi Khera. She doesn't care of her patients even when she called for routine checkup after the patient has not even recovered from surgery. Never ever visit dr. Nidhi Khera from gynea department. She keeps her patients always waiting for 2-3 hours.

My wife had surgery in March 2023. The attendants for safety, hygiene and assistance were very responsive. I would especially mention Kamlesh and Rani who were with us. Both were very polite and dedicated to their work. Happy faces of employees make the hospital environment blissful.

My father Patient Krishan Lal got his knee replacement done from Dr Bhushan Nariani and we are very much satisfied. He is the best doctor we ever met. His team is also very caring and supportive. And all staff very great and helping us.
