I had an operation on my nose by Dr. Vashek, and I am very happy. In his place, the doctor is kind and professional. The clinic employs very good and responsive nurses. I definitely recommend this clinic.

I have just returned home to the UK after a facelift and neck lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty at the Form Clinic. Everything went well, and I can't blame either the clinic or the apartment, I'm also very happy with my results, but I really want to say how brilliant all the staff were. They really took care of me at a time that was very stressful for me, assured me that everything would be fine, and asked me not to worry.
I am so grateful for the way they took care of me, and I would like to say a big thank you, especially to the lovely lady who took me to my taxi at 4 o'clock this morning and made cheese toast to take with her

In the Form clinic, I had an augmentation with Dr. Bayer, and I am very pleased. I was comfortable in the clinic, everyone was very good, the doctor completely exceeded my expectations. I can only recommend it.

I want to thank Forme Clinic and Dr. Vanek. I had to cope with the acute pain in my knees. Unfortunately, the waiting time in the hospital was several months. I liked to pay for express surgery and superstandard in the clinic Form. Dr. Vanechek is a great specialist and professional in his field. Thanks
Hello, I want to share my positive experience of using vitamin infusions. For many years I have been taking various vitamins in pills to protect myself from flu and diseases. Sometimes they helped me more, sometimes less, but at least once a year I had a mild flu. On the recommendation of the doctor, I decided to undergo vitamin infusions, which are injected into a vein and the effect is enhanced. I chose the Form clinic, I already had a good experience. On my first visit, I received an infusion of vitamin C and two more infusions, which consisted of various other vitamins. Which is important. I have made two more visits, I have been healthy for 9 months, illnesses pass me by. My skin and hair have also improved a little, perhaps vitamins act like this :) Thanks to the Formé clinic and the doctor.

I gave birth here and am very happy.
I have never seen such a nice, sensitive and experienced staff!
Although the original natural birth became planned by the emperor, I was happy.
No one stopped me from seeing the baby when I needed to, and they left him in my room on request immediately upon arrival from the intensive care unit.
Before that, my son was taken to breastfeed and crumple. No one was in a hurry to return him as soon as possible and take him away.
Nurses, doctors, doctors, butlers, but all the staff treated me politely and kindly.
