I have been a patient here for three years (for allergic asthma) and the service has always been good. But there is a long waiting time for your first appointment or examinations (4+ weeks for busy departments) and a higher cost than clinics, but this is to be expected from university hospitals in South Korea. Nurses are polite, facilities are good, doctors seem knowledgeable. I spoke Korean with them, so if you don't speak Korean, your stay here can be very different. I also had health insurance, so be prepared to empty your wallet if you don't have health insurance. finally, if you are not a lawful permanent resident, you may not get the best care from them as you will most likely not be a regular customer. But this applies to every hospital in Korea.

This place is very positive for me, everyone speaks English (unfortunately I haven't learnt Spanish yet) the receptionist guy is very helpful and nice, the allergist doctor is a very nice lady and what made my day was the bald guy who took my blood.
I've always been very scared of taking blood, I told him that when I sat down in the chair and he said: close your eyes then.He is a very funny man, I laughed till the end while he was taking blood. He was humming and whistling. He is simply brilliant. I loved the atmosphere. Thank you very much sir.

I came with an allergy attack, while I was being processed, there was an appointment, I could hear the allergist prescribing treatment to another patient - "You have a seasonal allergy, you need to change the climate, namely to go to the sea. Do not go to nature in our city, be less on the street, rinse your nose with water and use su****tin as an ambulance first aid kit." It was my turn: I said right away that any drugs from the pharmacy that are sold without a prescription do not help me, including su****tin. To which the doctor began to tell me word for word that the previous patient was offered to drink the same su ***tin in an emergency! I asked if it was possible to make a hot injection or to puncture a course of injections. To which I received the answer: no, they do it in the polyclinic. As soon as autumn begins, you come, then we will identify and vaccinate for the next year. You can take tests to detect allergens for both adults and children.

Responsive and polite staff, wonderful, attentive doctors. My children are allergic, we only go to this clinic for treatment.

For the treatment of allergies to house dust mites, the Clinic prescribed a convenient method - ASIT in tablets. We took it for 3 years in a row, after that we don't worry about allergies. Thanks for the help.
