An amazing team in A&E from start to finish. They spoke in detail about what they are doing and about the next steps they will take. They didn't let me go until they got a definite answer. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. If only other hospitals could pay attention to their customer service skills and how detail-oriented they are.
I am an American and came to London for the holidays. I had to make an unexpected trip to A&E and my service was AMAZING. they treated me with such respect and care, and they were SO fast. I am amazed by the service here. Maybe it's just because I'm an American and we don't have free medical care. Everyone was so polite, well done! thank you to everyone present, your hard work is appreciated!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Amazing service and really professional staff, everyone was nice and helpful and provided me with all the necessary information. While waiting in A&E, they provide free coffee, tea and chocolate. They even asked me if I had had breakfast and offered me a very good sandwich
One of the best hospitals I've ever been to
Good job!
Thank you so much for your wonderful service last Friday. I had an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. They were really professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was given an intravenous sedative, and I don't remember anything, but the operation took no more than 30 minutes. This experience was the least traumatic possible, and thanks to this, my recovery was amazing and pain-free. sincerely grateful and 100% recommend.
A fantastic modern hospital in the heart of London. This hospital must have the best view in the whole of the UK. I was sitting in the waiting room overlooking the River Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, it was a wonderful sunny frosty winter morning, watching the boats passing by. The facilities and staff are amazing, they were so kind and caring, they just couldn't do enough for me, even though they are underpaid and overworked. I will choose this hospital every time, thank you, St. Thomas. Thanks!
Quite a special place. Fantastic staff from reception to doctors and nurses, I am grateful to them all for the care, care and professionalism they show towards their patients and their families
Such a pleasant experience while in A&E, the reception, doctor and nurses were more than delightful. Very hospitable, professional and attentive.
However, after being transferred to a "specialist", I felt completely disappointed.
He completely devalued me, making me feel like I was just being dramatic.
He barely studied the problem and told me that he didn't feel anything (despite the fact that I and the doctor could). He focused on the wrong place and had incorrect information about previous visits.
He didn't explain anything and continued to talk arrogantly over me in a condescending tone. It seemed to me that he was explaining my anatomy to me.
He also wrote out the wrong prescription, which caused me to wander around the hospital again, trying to find him.
It's absolutely scary to come back to see such a layman.
Completely ruined all the hard work that the A&E staff had done in advance.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at St. Thomas Hospital. Last night I was hospitalized for several hours because of kidney stones. I can't blame myself for what I went through from the moment I entered until I was discharged.

All the staff, from administrators to doctors, were caring and cheerful, and they all tried their best to make me feel comfortable and help me, despite the current circumstances.

I have to say that in the seven years that I have lived in London, I have never felt so well cared for and comforted by NHS health workers. If I ever have any problems, I won't hesitate to go and see them again. They were really amazing.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of me! :)
Great experience! I had a small operation under general anesthesia, I was very scared, but the doctors and nurses made me feel safe and took very good care of me throughout my stay. I didn't even realize how I fell asleep and then woke up without pain or side effects of anesthesia. For everyone who is scared, do not be afraid - you will be in the most reliable hands and you will be taken care of in the best possible way.
The level of medical care I received at St. Thomas' Hospital from the moment I arrived at the hospital until I was discharged, including subsequent meetings at Gussie's House, was truly remarkable. All the staff are very professional and friendly (this also applies to the reception staff). This experience has certainly helped me stay positive and combative throughout the treatment! Thank you very much, St. Thomas Hospital. Keep up the good work!
