Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya (Thailand)

We publish only real reviews
When the question arose where to give birth to me, I decided that I definitely would not do it in Russia, it was safer abroad, and a friend advised me to Bangkok hospital, it is located in Pattaya. It was difficult to decide, but I went and, as it turned out, for good reason: the clinic staff is very friendly, the doctor is experienced, the conditions are excellent, the birth was wonderful. When people tell me about the horrors of Russian hospitals, I always laugh, because it was so easy and comfortable for me in Thailand.
After an unsuccessful birth in Russia (the child died during childbirth), I categorically did not intend to give birth here. A friend gave birth in this clinic, and she advised me. The entire pregnancy was examined in this clinic, went to the hospital closer to the due date. Doctors advised to give birth in water (by the way, wonderful feelings). So, my baby is already 4 years old, now I am 5 months pregnant with twins and I will definitely give birth in this clinic! :)
I was diagnosed in this hospital, because our doctors could not do it.The choice was not easy, but I stopped at hospitals in Pattaya. The doctors here are very good, it is clear that people know their business. The clinic provides many services that you will not find with us, and if you do, it is not a fact that you will get it.The prices are quite reasonable. A follow-up visit to identify cysts is coming soon.
My pregnancy was very long-awaited and desired! We approached the question of where our happiness will be born seriously, worried insanely, traveled to more than one clinic in the city.Six years ago, my sister gave birth to a son in a Bangkok clinic, and she recommended both a hospital and a doctor. Before we left, we called the doctor. Upon arrival, we stayed at the hotel, they were already waiting for us at the clinic. We were greeted warmly, everything is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and courteous, everything is sterile. She passed the examination, passed the tests. Closer to the birth, we arrived for the second time, placed without questions and in excellent conditions. Our daughter was born. Everything went well, service and attentive attitude at the highest level. Our daughter is 1.5 years old, and now we are waiting for a brother. Where to give birth is not a question, only in a hospital in Pattaya.
After a bad experience of water skiing, I got a severe sprain of my right arm and a small crack in the bone. When contacting the insurance company, I was refused hospitalization, since extreme sports were not included in my insurance coverage. I Googled and found docklands, it turned out there was a hospital in Pattaya not far from my hotel! I signed up, I was admitted the very next day, examined, diagnosed, put in a cast and discharged in a couple of days! The crack healed after 2 weeks and the plaster was removed. Moreover, I paid for a full course of treatment is not particularly expensive, considering that I am a foreigner. I was still satisfied with my vacation and with the doctors of the hospital in Pattaya!
At least it's a very good hospital. It works great! Friendly and professional staff in modern hospital buildings. I couldn't complain about anything.
The staff treated me very rudely and my doctor neglected them from the moment of payment until I left. Yes, you pay in advance. It's so sketchy because if you're in a bad way, like me, they can literally just say, "You get what you get, and if you don't like it, you can leave. We will save your money, and you can continue to suffer." I spent 24 hours in this institution on 11/12/2019. I was severely dehydrated, in moderate to severe pain, and my blood pressure was dangerously high. In no way did I feel that anyone cared about my best interests, only about profit. I would have left much earlier if I thought I didn't have a serious risk of collapsing and I hadn't paid for 24-hour care yet. Even though I blame myself for not having full insurance before the trip, they still have no excuse to take advantage of people in their most vulnerable state. I'm not angry, but I'm sad.
Below average quality hospital. They like you to come in and out, but never solve health problems. The staff needs to train more. Check out takes too long 3 hours of waiting and then they tell you to pay the full deposit and get the insurance refund later. Why not tell us that 3 hours before?
I visited Thailand with my wife in the summer of 2019. Early one morning I woke up with severe chest pain ... Yes, it was a heart attack. This was quickly taken care of in this hospital. Two days later I went through surgery, I was very tired, but without pain. The thing that bothered me the most was that I was having difficulties with the agency dealing with my insurance company. They actually offered to postpone the operation because they needed time to sort it out. About the hospital, I can only heartily recommend them. I live in Sweden, which is supposed to be a great country to help the sick, but they undoubtedly arrive many miles after Thailand. At least if you get sick in Pattaya.
I've been going to a cardiology center for about 15 years. I had one operation here and now I'm going through 90 day checkups. My doctor studied in America, and he and his staff are very caring and professional people. No one likes going to the hospital, but Bangkok Pattaya is much better than the others I visited in Thailand.
I got to this hospital with a cut of the Achilles tendon . Pancake. I got there myself. After communicating with the staff, they called the insurance company. Everyone found out, everyone asked, from allergies to fifth-generation relatives. The surgeon after the question - are you a Russian bear? Sewed up quickly. After that, they gave out a branded package with bandages and medicines. And recommendations about vaccinations against tetanus were released. Well, of course I paid $30 mandatory. I removed the stitches already at home. According to the doctors, they are shocked that there were threads that we could not get at all. Many thanks to the staff of Bangkok Hospital. Everything is healed. Without consequences.
A private clinic put us out on the street. . When was this ? We arrived with a child less than two years old , infection , temperature 39.4 , time 9 pm . They replied that there were no doctors , free wards , goodbye !
The services and medical staff at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital are first-class and much better than what I experienced in the USA. It is easy to make an appointment with any of the doctors by phone or email. Incoming messages are usually visible immediately.

I have been receiving kidney dialysis there for a year now and I cannot say enough good words about the staff of the dialysis clinic. Last year I also had a heat attack, and I had two stents installed. The staff of the heart center was a great employee.

I don't have health insurance in Thailand, so I appreciate the reasonable cost of their services.
From the blue sky, I had a heart attack, and I needed urgent surgery to bypass the heart 5 times. I visited the Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya, and I'm glad I did. Everything went well, and all the doctors and nurses were very professional, helpful and friendly. I still often visit BHP for checkups, as well as for rehabilitation sessions. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone with heart problems.
